Isntree Hyaluronic acid toner or acid toner plus( a little thicker version of it, might be better for healing skin barrier) Skin1004 tea trica toner. There's more but I don't wanna confuse you👀😵💫. Can't go wrong with any of these.

Have you tried the “i’m from” rice toner? i heard it is good for hydration and skin brightening with some niacinamide
I love it. My skin is so hydrated afterwards and it has helped with my acne scars

It's awesome and it actually faded my marks in my face. No irritation or breaks out. Plus it feels so good and light.
Can i layer toners? Im currently using cosrx aha/bha and it’s really good but i want to add a hydrating/milky toner as well.

Not a toner, but look into La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm Vitamin B5. Does wonders for damaged skin barrier.
