- The 41st Stanford Viennese Ball Opening Committee opens the 2018 Ball with a waltz performed to Der Graf von Luxemburg, operetta in 3 acts: Luxembourg Waltz by Franz Lehár (1870-1948). Choreography by Mai Bui and Derek Chang.

If they have a solo at the beginning, they should choose good dancers to do it. The guy and the girl are both stiff and painful to watch.
