Look at all those boys who actually like to waltz I thought no more existed!
Consider the sheer joy of holding a beautiful girl by her waist, and it improves the joy. What ruins the joy is judgmental criticism of every minor detail by dance instructors turning the joy into a chore.
Why are they dancing to Recorded music. it's very nice, but why is the Orchestra on the stage not providing the waltz music.
why does it even matter?
Thank you dancers for sharing your joy of dance with us. I hope you keep right on dancing after college and throughout you lives. It's something that adds to the quality of life in a very healthy way. Good for body, soul and mind.

This so amazing, synchronized. I did not believed this existed. It's memorizing to watch but to be in it would be more exciting. Would love be part of it if possible.😊
Cannot list all of the superlatives deserved. Fine performance of intricately choreographed/timed waltz. Amusingly innocent, refreshing since the performers Are 20 yrs or so;) courting age;)
Praise to this student dance group and the persons who did the choreography. But this space they're using has all the charm of a municipal bus garage. I expected a woman named Flo to walkout in front to announce the 11:05 to Fresno.
This was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes! And funny, and cute, and.... OMG he flipped her! Thanks for a true treat!

+fluffybunnyyeah If you would like an even better treat, go to: Wiener Opern Ball/Vienna Opera Ball 2015, Die Eroeffnung/ the Opening. There is also a very short video of the 2014 Opening Polonaese. These Balls are "the" one special happening of the Karnival season and a very important part for the debutantes of the year. It is kind of a ""coming out" ball for young girls.
+Angelika Brooks Also want to mention that the Vienesse Ball always takes place at the Austian State Opera House. A very beautiful setting for this ball.
The students are from Stanford, so I presume they are all fairly intelligent. They are utilizing a couple physics principles to more easily perform these flips. I'll give one of the clues - Although the followers flip head over heels, how far do their centers of mass move?
If only this sort of thing went on !when I was at Uni..!

Having watched all OC waltzes many times over, had to stop in middle of This One--Best of all. Bravo.
My favourite is the fucking guy with the long hair.. you can see him at the front on the right at 0:31. Watch him dance hahahahaha brilliant.

I expect the live music is too expensive. They probably are saving it for the adults along the walls. I don’t know, just guessing.
Comparing the Vienna balls (Elmayer and others) there is a rigidity to the patterns that I don't see in the American Stanford balls. American style is softer, more flexible. That's the difference between Austria and America. Can woke be in retreat? Can we return to beauty of music and dance?
