      Haha, this would be great! Makes me think of when he opened the portal from Azeroth to Argus and Khadgar gives him that "Bro..." look. We need Khadgar to be the one to discover the falling star. On a serious note, it kinda invokes Lucifer imagery too which could be cool. Illidan has been trapped with Sargeras and the Titans all this time... can we trust him?

    I actually liked the idea of Sargeras being "re-ordered" forcefully by his Order Pantheon brethren. With Iridikron siding with Void and Denathrius escaped with his Nathrezim back in SL possibly taking over the Legion forces (Chaos). I also remember that Primus conspiracy back in 9.2 where people theorize he is actually the true Jailor behind the scene and taking control of the Death forces as we have helped to "fix" Shadowlands. Looks like an all out Cosmic War is on the brink.

    I never thought Sargeras stopped being an agent of order. He was just trying to wipe all live from the universe so as it would stay ordered in this twisted version, and the demons were just a tool.

      For me that broke the illusion. We found out that there never was any grand plan for progressing WoW’s story. They were making it up exp by exp, with many ass pulls. It left me unable to get invested in the story/lore anymore because there’s no weight to anything when it may lead to nothing or be suddenly changed at any point later.

    I know trying to make sense of Danuser's writing is an exercise in futility, but I'm going to try anyway... If Chomie really did break the "one true timeline" by saving Nozdormu, wouldn't Nozdormu immediately sense that, and be horrified/confront her about it? Not be thankful for it like he was?
    I don't know. I feel like Blizzard painted themselves in a corner back in the End Times dungeon, and Danuser got around it by just walking on the wet paint.

    I am hoping that the story come round like so:
    That Sargeras is released because the Void is getting out of control. The realisation that the Burning Legion represents more than just a force of destruction, it so the most potent weapon against the void.

  • @Lupinemancer87
    @Lupinemancer87 11 месяцев назад +1

    Considering the Force of Order and all beings connected to it have the mindset of robots, it's not that surprising the Titans don't really care for the planet and it's inhabitants, but only care for the role it'll serve in the grand machine.

    I wonder if Illidan will listen to Sargeras, being trapped, chained to a Pantheon throne for years, he would probably try talking to Illidan to persuade him. Being shown the Iceberg instead of just the tip Sargeras may get Illidan to change sides after being shown the entire story of the cosmos instead of a sliver. I think there is way more going on than what we know based on the singular fact Sargeras was the Pantheons champion of Justice. This reminds me of many different movies where there is a hero who is the systems champion, doing everything right, the best of the best, until he finds out he is on the wrong side, then the hero burns everything down just like in Equillibrium with Christian Bale. Sargeras may be right, and the Pantheon my be the deceivers, and we may end up having a very Cautious pact with Sargeras and Illidan spear heading a war with the pantheon.

    Bellular kinda answered his own question. Saragars only did what the other Titan's do all the time according Algernon. Its just that Saragars used Daemons and the Burning Legion, using Fel to remake worlds and not Order/Arcane. That was his 'sin' in the eye's of Patheon, not his actions or even his methods, only that he used Fel magic and not Arcane.

    I mean, time travel in media is rarely ever told in a believable manner. If we couldnt stop Deios and Iridikron both, then the proper course of action being able to time travel would have been to stop one of them sooner, like going back to actually kill Deios in Uldaman, which would have stopped him and Iridikron from ever working together.

    Wrong Murozond arriving there is NOT the one true timeline because if you think about the second half of the dungeon the Infinite rules the world wiping out the history as we know it INCLUDING corrupting the titanforged. That is NOT what the Titans want. Also listen to what he says before he goes through the portal at the end he says "The Titans protect this timeline". So not allowing Murozond to arrive than is part of the ONE TRUE TIMELINE. If he did the end time dungeon would have never happened.

      He absorbed parts of Sargeras' soul and wrecks havok on Iridikron's body infused with a sliver of Void's power. Thus, reflecting the true purpose of Sargeras' Burning Legion: To destroy before the Void can consume it. Which, could spell Illidan becoming the new leader of the Burning Legion and lead to a 3 way war in 11.0: Void (from the deserts in the west of Kalimdor) vs. Fel (center in the Broken Isles) vs. Light (Yrel and her Army of the Light from the dark portal in the Blasted Lands).

    • @013Burke
      @013Burke 11 месяцев назад

      @@echolocationnI think the one major motivation from Illidan that we can't forget is when he is asked how they (the demon hunters) different than the demons. He responded, the demons would do anything to destroy Azeroth, they'd would sacrifice everything to protect it.
      Given that DHs also don't have a third spec, I'd see it more likely he comes back to defend Azeroth from other forces. I could still see the three way, Azshara and the void, Yrel and the light, then us.

    • @echolocationn
      @echolocationn 11 месяцев назад +2

      @@013Burke However, throughout WC3, Illidan was always stopping demons, however he was always tempted with taking their power as well.Seeing as how he's watching over Sargeras, the most powerful demonic entity ever, it'd only be natural for him to want that power. Considering the sheer power of Sargeras, not even Illidan's willpower could hold Sargeras' soul at bay.

    I said in a Bellular Video at the end of Legion that. Illidan will listen to Sargeras’s story. He will hear why he turned, then Illidan will witness the massive danger the void can inflict. He will help Sargeras rise up against the titans and fight the void. The void will attack Azeroth, titans watch on, Sargeras re-emerges and pulls his sword to fight off the void. Sargeras redemption story. Titans overtaken. Sargeras reverts to original form with help from Velen. Illidan, velen, Sargeras and anduin become new pantheon of order after titans are defeated. He's admitted that we're actually somewhat of a threat, and doing a Razageth and taking us head on might well end up with his head on a spike in Orgrimmar. So, send us on another wild goose chase.

    maybe we live in that specific timeline all along - thats might be the reason why the lich king was not able to revive galakrond (because his essence was missing) --- or it follows the principles of schrödingers cat where both scenarios happened until we discover and find out ourselfs.. endless possibilities but i always found thats odd that the most powerful creater of the undead was unable to revive galakrond.. that might be the reason

    Said this before:
    I have a feeling the titans don’t even know any of this is happening. They seem to only be aware of the big stuff. Like bigger than Jailer.
    Unless it effects The Order, the Titans don’t care to know.

    Can't help but wonder, with the Legion left without it's big head, will some of the titans subjugate parts of the Legion and turn them towards their own goals, or will they be simply left to their own devices?

    Great video but how are we supposed to take the titans as a threat seriously? The Jailer was the pen ultimate titans look like ants compared to me mr I manipulated everything etc... Yeah stupid villain but its the lore and we smacked him around how are the titans supposed to top that?

      A very big obvious fact that gets ignored. I honestly don't even understand how these DF "villains" from long ago can even stand up to us or their followers for that matter.

    Sounds like just about everything but the kitchen sink is coming in the next expansion. Titans, void, Scarlet Crusade and the return to Lordaeron, South Seas, the other side of Azeroth, and pirates. Anything I'm forgetting?

    I bet that infinite hunger is just a fraction of that 5th Old God which is trapped in Torghast as it is the perfect prison (ever-shifting never-ending floors, so no matter how many "truth" you see, you can never get out because it is automatically reformed) for that purpose. Zovaal probably shouldn't have accepted such a creature in the Shadowlands because it corrupted the Maw, which forced his brothers and sisters to replace him and create Oribos where the new souls will get sent, instead of into the Maw.
    The fact that Galakrond could manipulate Undeath as well is another hint that his power is somehow linked to the Shadowlands itself. With Galakrond's Hunger and the Amirdrassil's heart (which probably contains the power of resurrection through Ardeanweald and the Dream), I bet they are planning on bringing back the 5th one. Maybe his essence was too big to simply imprison him like the Titans did with every other Old God so they split his soul in different parts to seal him away in Shadowlands, the Dream, and maybe even on Elune herself at that point.

    I've said for a while that the idea that "The Titans were evil all along" would be way too lazy of a storyline. It would make far more sense that they were just misguided in their pursuit of order and lacking in awareness that their power doesn't make them infallible. You see it in the story over and over, it works.
    My guess is that the thing that separated the Incarnates and the Aspects was their interpretations of Tyr's experiments. Clearly Tyr went too far and was experimenting on eggs. What was he doing though? Did he accidentally go too far by seeing if he could control void magic, fusing it with Galakrond and creating decay? I think he saw that primordial dragons were capable of taking on elements of Azeroth and thought he could infuse them with other magics from the cosmos; life, nature, time, arcane, etc. Then he went a step further. The Aspects realized all they could do was deal with it, but the Incarnates instead wanted to wipe everything out and restart with the elements. It would make so much more sense to me if they did it that way.

    How about the titans forcing Sargeras to empower Illidan. Illidan comes back to Azeroth and goes all 1980s Rambo on Iridikrons ass. Illidan kills him by ripping Iridikrons horns off and beating him do death with them. He then rides away on his sick fel motorcycle with Xalatath like the One True Chad he is.

    Blizzard is working really hard to tear down all the positive forces in Warcraft. I wonder if it's simply to produce more raid bosses or ruinous powers of moral relativism taking over the hearts and minds these days.
