    Hi Christine. Thank you for sharing your plasma blast journey! I’d been considering doing this myself for months and been following you for a while. I finally had my own plasma blast experience last weekend, two days after my 51st Birthday. My results are amazing and I am beyond thrilled! I had my upper and lower eyelids done. The creepiness underneath my eyes had bothered me for many years. It hurt like a son of a gun, but in my opinion, so worth it. I remember you saying in one of your videos to find someone with a lot of years and experience behind them. So I really did my research before hand. Thanks again!

    Great results! It's like you shrink wrapped your skin for a better fit. It's like a skin-only facelift but with no pulling! I've just started but can see results. From what I can tell, it is similar to co2 laser tightening but more subtle and WITHOUT the skin whitening, THANK GOODNESS! I think the number of treatments needed are usually far more than what technicians are telling people. I have actually gone off the grid and fine tuned my surgical lip reduction results and am very pleased so far!

    I have definitely noticed! I used to watch a lot of your videos before you had this done so I could get advice on how to use certain devices and what devices were best etc.… And recently some of your videos have been suggested to me again and I was like wow I wonder what she’s been doing? I wonder what device she has been using lately? I’m definitely going to look in to this procedure! putting on eyeshadow has been challenging and not as fun lately with the extra skin :-)

  • @skinsciencebymira
    @skinsciencebymira 5 лет назад +2

    Hi Christine! I had a microcurrent question and I was hoping you could help me since your channel is really what got me interested in microcurrent to begin with. I’ve been doing a lot of research and most reputable sources state that you work from origin and insertion of the muscle inward toward its belly to shorten the muscle and from the belly outward to lengthen. Of course that’s with prongs, not an at home device like Nuface or Clareblend. I’ve also heard the Nuface isn’t variable but rather constant so I’ll be avoiding that device. But would you still go from the belly of the muscle outward when using a handle held device? Curious as to your thoughts

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  5 лет назад +1

      Yes the lifting moves are important and done the way you mention. But if there is fascia restriction the lifting moves don’t work much. The Clareblend Mini is an amazing little device. I also teach how to release the restrictions for improved lift. No microcurrent machine can release these adhesions and restrictions. But the two pronged approach of the Mini mimicks massage enough to break some of it up. I teach the rest in my group for those who purchase from me.

    • @skinsciencebymira
      @skinsciencebymira 5 лет назад

      Christine Byer interesting! okay so moving in toward the belly can still be done with a handheld? I wasn’t sure if I would need to just spend more and get something with prongs. Good to know, thank you. And yes, the Clareblend is definitely on my list! I haven’t been able to afford it yet (single mom back in school pursuing my RN) but I intend to get it sometime this summer and if I do I will of course purchase from you! ♥️ thank you from responding. The NuFace claims to be true microcurrent not galvanic but there seems to be conflicting information out there and I dislike how bulky it is. And for the price of the Trinity with the smaller prongs I can just get the Clareblend. I’m also confiused by some of the Nuface demos, some of their moves seem to be contrary to basic muscle anatomy.

      No sorry we don’t ship there anymore. Yes I still love fibroblast for acne scarring. But technique is crucial for good results. Start out with microneedling. The scars left behind are what fibroblast can treat.

    Interested for upper eyelid lift but I'm scared to try it as health Canada put out a warning against possible neg side effects of fibro lasting including sagging of the treated area in January what are your thoughts on that? Also what at home version of this device would you recommend if I wanted to try it?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  5 лет назад

      Tiffany Smith I wouldn’t recommend any at home use of this. Sagging in the area could happen if the arc is too hot or lingers too long. This is a skill that builds over time. I would definitely seek out a very experienced therapist.
