@Jonathan Kingsley No problem :)
I love that part when it does: eeeeeeEEEEEEE.

GREAT! I love this kind of comment! Thanks a lot Metalfan! I hope you will also have a lot of fun with my other tracks!
Heehee that’s what I always end up doing , I lose track of time 🌖🌙💫
@@veganvocalist4782 You know when you reach for your coffee, and it's cold, you got lost jamming.
I keep getting lost in the music playing along in Phrygian this is awesome
Yeah! Thanks for your comment Jacob! Nice to see you like this backing track :)

After a while I just stopped playing and was just listening to this mesmerizing drone.
HAHA! Thanks for this wonderful comment :)
Playing along with this is one of my favourite ways to spend 25mins
Wonferful! :) Thanks for this nice comment!
Cool track ! Just spent a couple minutes improvising leads on it. I’ve been looking for an ambient backing track channel for a while. Keep up the good work !
Thanks a lot for your comment ! I'm glad you like this track and I'm working on new ambient backing tracks ;)
amazing to warm up with brass instruments
welcome to the tonal purgatory.
if you're aspiring to be a profound guitarist,. this is the right place.
I somewhere between phyrgian dominant and whole tone madness.
good god its nice to be here.
Great comment Krzysiek! Phrygian dominant is so great and tasteful! I rarely use whole tone, did you achieve something interesting with this scale?
Thank you so much for this BT, a very good instru to practice harmonica and scales
Perfect for practicing and meditation.
Thanks! Great to know that my tracks are also useful for meditation :)
This was fun to bass jam along with 💙💙💙
:) Thanks!
Pretty massive. Hey, that'd be a good name for a heavy band. Tanks.
Lovely Mystic! The Atonal World and 12 Tone Universe lives!
Thanks Richard!!!
Some might think it's boring idea, but I prefer the sound of E major over this...
Awesome track!
Thanks Danny! I think that everything will sound epic with this track! 😁
bro it depends on what you're feeling. none of the colours are boring :D i'm feeling a mixolydian vibe tonight. :))
Cool! Thanks for this, I love to play leads over this kind of thing on my own synthesizers. It really helps to find out what kind of colors you can make! What kind of synths/processing are you employing here?
Thank you for your comment ! It's always a big pleasure to see that my work help other musicians !!! I use mostly Ableton Live 10 and my guitar. Sometimes, only the guitar ; sometimes only Ableton ; sometimes a mix of both. With Ableton Live, I use only native synth (mostly analog, operaor and wavetable) and I design a generative system with a lot of LFO, reverb, delay, overdrive, EQ, chorus, flanger, phasor, MIDI effects, etc. For the guitar, I use a preamp (Axe-FX II XL+) with a lot of processing (reverb, delay, tremolo, chorus, saturation, etc.).
Ambient Backing Tracks very very cool! I love the combination of electric guitar, synthesizer, and signal processing greatly. Listening to people like Steve Hillage and Tim Blake and studying their works has caused me to own several analog synths (deepmind12, model d, 303, etc all Behringer). And I’ve been using a boss GT-3 and other pedals for my guitar effects for many years, and it is all quite wonderful for my needs and tastes. The gt3 was used by the lead player from ozric tentacles if you’ve heard of them!
@@graxjpg Yeah I know Ozric tentacles! I agree with you, I love combinaison of guitar, synth and signal processing too! And for the guitar, the Axe-FX preamp is a killer beast!!! For ambient music, it's the best purchase of my life. You can create so much deep textures. For this channel, I also want to buy some analog synths to improve my backing tracks quality, since I really like this organic sound. I'm looking for a moog synth, but I don't know yet which one to buy...
Ambient Backing Tracks the small Behringer desktop have intense analog sound, are remarkably reliable and are very very inexpensive compared to other synths! All of them are the most bang for the buck that exists at the moment, but I think the sub32 would be my bet for a moog.
@@graxjpg grant jonsn I not sure which model you're refering with the Behringer desktop, do you have a link or the name of this model ? For the Moog, we have a sub37 at the conservatory were I work, so I could use it and yeah, I liked it very much ! That filter knob is crazy ! But I like also the Minitaur for big fat epic bass sounds !
Thanks, this is a really good one. Appreciate you making and uploading this. 🙂👍
Thank you for your comment! this is the kind of comment that keeps me motivated to make more music!
Thanks!
Thanks to you for your comment! :)
Thanks for this! Excellent!
Thanks Michael!!! :)
Your best drone my brother
Yeah! Thanks a lot! The first one, but also one of my favorite! And this one is made only with guitar sounds :)
This is great. A-G? I’m set. Thanks for this! Cheers 🍻
Thanks for your comment Joshua!!! What do you mean by A-G ?

E lydian, i think its nice
Yeah! Lydian mode is always nice!
Play this video while watching "1 Hour Djembe drumming/ backing track" (also on RUclips). Play both at the same time. YOU'RE WELCOME!
Yeah! Thanks for this advice! I tried and it works well :) For those who wants to try, here's the link : ruclips.net/video/Nh_d7LGIOCg/видео.html
haha that instantly made me play the E Lydian scale!

Blade Runner...
Haha ! I didn't thought about that when I made it. Thanks for your comment !

sounds great using b major (could it be e mixo?)
Hi Juan ! If you're using B major, it's the same notes as E lydian (not mixolydian) : E F# G# A# B C# D#
E mixolydian have a A and a D not a A# and a D#.
@@ambientbackingtracks thanks
@@JuanFernandez-vy8fd You're welcome !
wish it had drums like a hip groove
Thanks! You could check my lastest backing tracks. I added some beats.
what do you use to make these? not trying to re-create them, just curious
For my backing tracks, I use my electric guitar and Ableton Live with built-in instruments! For ambient tracks, it's all about layering tracks :)
25 min of spazzatura
which plugin you use for this?
I don't use any external plugin. I only use Ableton Live with its native instruments and effects. The synths I use the most in Ableton are Wavetable (99% of the time), Analog and Operator. For this backing track, I mainly used my guitar mixed with layers of synths to add depth.
just went to a different planet for a few 👽🙏😎🤳
B phrygian/E harmonic minor/E minor
Really nice sounds with these scales :)
Ambient Backing Tracks thanks for your backing track 🙏🏼🤝
