Yeah, I didn't made a lot of tracks with drums, but I have some albums with rhythm. Maybe I need to make new tracks with ambient drums in future!

First of all, Dorian #4 and Lydian b3 are different modes since they don't have the same intervals. Dorian #4 has a minor seventh, while Lydian flat 3 has a major seventh : Dorian #4: 1 2 b3 #4 5 6 b7 Lydian b3: 1 2 b3 #4 5 6 7 The equivalent of Lydian b3 would therefore be Melodic minor #4, and certainly not Dorian #4. And where did I say or write in this video that there is a D# in a key of C minor? Of course it's an E flat. This backing track is not in the key of C minor, but D# minor. The only chord played during this backing track is a D# minor chord with a major seventh, so D#, F#, A#, C double sharp. Consequently, any mode containing a tonic, a minor third, a perfect fifth and a major seventh will work for improvising on this chord, i.e. what I indicate in the video: harmonic minor, melodic minor and lydian b3 (which you can also call melodic minor #4 if you prefer), but under no circumstances will the dorian #4 mode work, as it contains a minor seventh. The term "Lydian b3" is perfectly acceptable and widely used. Sometimes it's also called lydian minor or diminished lydian, although I don't like this last appellation, as technically this mode contains an augmented fourth and not a diminished fifth. And just for your information, I have a Master's degree in music, several post-graduate diplomas in music, writing, fugue, counterpoint and composition, I've also won an international first prize in composition by unanimous jury vote and I'm a professor at a music conservatory where I teach composition and music theory, so I reckon I know a minimum of what I'm talking about. In conclusion, ,learn some music theory. 😁 That way you won't be giving false lessons to "people who don't know proper music theory".

Yes, unfortunately this can happen on some backing tracks, as it's sometimes difficult to prevent the creation of additional harmonics when using saturation effects (which enrich the signal in harmonics) or certain synthesis techniques such as subtractive synthesis (where you filter a naturally harmonically rich audio source such as a square wave or sawtooth). In reality, unless you use a sinusoid, which is the only audio signal to produce a single frequency, it's physically impossible to avoid these extra harmonics, as they exist in absolutely all audio signals produced by all acoustic instruments (guitar, piano, etc.) and also all digital instruments (synthesizers). As soon as you play a note on any instrument, you produce a spectrum of harmonics that encompasses the fundamental frequency that gives its name to the note you've just played, plus hundreds/thousands of additional harmonics. Depending on the instrument, the number, volume and phase of each harmonic will vary (this is what makes the difference between the same note played by a trumpet, a piano or a guitar). In the harmonic series, the fifth and seventh harmonics produce a major third and a minor seventh, which is why you hear them. Depending on the sound, they may be more audible.
