And besides their monthly basics salary, IPS Officer earn more then 5lakhs per month according to the place or state they get posted..... everyone knows that open recruitment don't take place on police department in almost every state and appoint only through backdoor system and they take around 3laks for constable,5lakhs for head constable,10 to 15lakhs for SI and so on...... IPS Officer earn just around 10 to 20 crore per annum.......plus they get bribery for any cases.

The best optional subjects for U.P.S.C. mains are history and political science. One of my college teachers tried to clear u.p.s.c. for 3 yr taking botany and zoology as optional subjects only to realize that the best options are no-brainer subjects like history and political science. 😃.

I may be wrong as I do not come from civil service background. But there are many other compulsory deductions like professional tax, income tax and provident fund which might leave far lower salary than the one mentioned in the video. Maybe you should also check on those grounds.
I wonder if the corruption money was stopped, would ips officers still be able to afford bungalows? The houses of Pakistani officers are extremely large and in india civil service ranks are able to buy such large houses, both examples are the epitome of corruption in both countries. I believe only the Indian armed forces are still largely untouched of corruption.

IPS and IAS are in government services. Don't talk about their remuneration as it is very meagre, if it will be compared with multi national companies talented highly qualified professionals. Say only about their enormous executive administrative powers and facilities provided to them, but in multi national companies jobs are internationally and having liberty to change the job from one to another company. The most choice of the time is to work in multi national companies preferably abroad and to settle in foreign countries.

IPS and IAS are in government services. Don't talk about their remuneration as it is very meagre, if it will be compared with multi national companies talented highly qualified professionals. Say only about their enormous executive administrative powers and facilities provided to them, but in multi national companies jobs are internationally and having liberty to change the job from one to another company. The most choice of the time is to work in multi national companies preferably abroad and to settle in foreign countries.
IPS is a risky job.. There own intelligence input cannot be trusted as their subordinates share all the information regarding their movements during their field posting..
