2017 Mercedes-AMG GT: Worth the Hype or Overrated?

The Mercedes AMG GT series follow up closely with the mark left behind by its predecessor, the SLS AMG.
While it is a detuned version, it still offers ample power, the proper drivetrain and features which enhance the driving dynamics, thus giving a memorable experience.

Ok for these reasons, the power of the black series is something you desire, being that it's a GT car it's very track focused and race oriented it has some homologation "because racecar" feel added to it and for me it's the most practical variant of this particular vehicle, there are so many approximately 10 variants based off the AMG GT. The black series is my most preferred because it's a perfect mix of race car feel and everyday drivability. Against the Porsche GT3 GT3 rs 911 and the GT4 and GT 4rs are are the competitors to each variants of the GT though. No cap I'm in love with German engineering and I love perfection so the black series is a perfect fit to the track for me. I'd love to see it against its competition from Porsche cos I know they do very well on track , so well that I want to have a race inspired version of the car itself.

@@ridewithmiee a hybrid power train same bi-turbo V8 but we can all expect them to pull an even bigger magic like they did with their 4 cylinder engine so more power and we all know the 911 is a direct competitor to the gt I also expect them to one up porsche in every department... Except weight of course but we can't say yet... Hopefully they compensate with a lot of horses like they always do

It's more than the hype. Nobody even remembers this super car IMO. But anyway the SLS had always been my dream supercar right secondary school, so when this came in I was exited l. I don't think it looks like its spiritual successor still. Where things change up is the black series 😂, you get more carbon fibre finish and lighter brakes and everything. I'd buy the SLS AMG than buying this particular version of the GT If I wanted to hop on to this design I'd go for the black series. It's underrated this car.
