I have an adhd nephew. When he was 7 he tipped my grandmother's antique cabinet over, leaving all the plates her recently deceased mother and grandmother had passed down to her on the floor. He couldn't understand why everyone was so upset, claiming, "but I only broke one!" He grew out of it (for the most part). Trump obviously didn't.
You don't outgrow adhd, but most people realize they need to develop skills to cope with their disorder. Medication helps a lot too!

Um, Okay, Iran was not making nuclear weapons and was locked into a 5-country agreement not to develop them for about 30 years in return for lifting of sanctions- the UN and the IAEA was holding Iran accountable though inspections - of which Iran was reportedly doing a solid job of being compliant. THEN Trumpcame out of nowhere and just ended the agreement for the US (While it was documented that Iran was in full UN compliance!) -giving a big blow to Iran's economy. Now he's on this thing saying China, France, the UK, Germany... need to come back to make an agreement with Iran - NEWSFLASH they were already in this agreement and didn't vacate it.
Obama's administration was forced by International court arbitration to give that money back to Iran b/c it was their money to begin with from a 1970's purchase of fighter jets from the US that were never delivered-and the money never refunded.The interest for those decades took the US to a 1.3 billion dollar payback from the original 400 million Iranian payment to the US then.
