Hiya Amanda, Thank you for a very clear instruction tutorial and demonstration of stitches selected. This has been a great share especially with attaching the hanging choices used and being able to stitch around neatly. I truly appreciate your tutorial sharing. Peace and kindness always.

Hello Amanda, This looks great, I am making something similar, I really wished my stitching looked as good as. yours..haha, My question is about your thread. I asked a friend about thread and she just told me that I needed thread for quilting/hand sewing so I purchased Poly for hand sewing and quilting. but I still end up with knots. I bought wax to help, and it does but still run into problems. Could you offer some guidance please?

Hiya! From memory, I used an embroidery thread to finish these little puds off. I always use a DMC Embroidery/Floss thread and then seperate the six strands into shorter lengths of two or three strands together. Once the strands have been separated, evenly smooth them out with your fingers so that they're not tangled with each other. From here, just take your time when making your stitch, making sure the thread is pulling through evenly and that tail end isn't getting caught up with itself. And remember, practice makes perfect, making mistakes are a good thing as you'll learn from them and just be patient with the process!
Hope this info helps you out a little. Keep at it and you'll improve in no time! :)
