I loved The Friend Zone. I also love everything Carley Fortune. Her first and last book are definitely the best, Meet Me At The Lake was okay in my opinion, nothing amazing, but nothing really terrible either. I think I gave it 3/5.
Good to know you didn’t strongly dislike Meet Me at the Lake, I see so many 1 and 2 star reviews! I’m excited to get to her newest release since I’ve heard much better things

What are your favorite fantasy or sci-fi books? (or even ones that are a combination of the two?)
Thank you so much! I don’t read much fantasy at all, last year I read Fourth Wing and Iron Flame and loved them both! I also don’t think I’ve ever read a sci-fi book, but I have Project Hail Mary on my tbr and have heard great things! I definitely need to branch out and pick up more from these genres 😊

Loving The Boys of Tommen... Currently on Keeping 13 ♥
The Friend Zone is the only Abby Jimenez I gave under 4 Stars(3.75)... Still good but didn't hit like all her other books 🤷🏻♂
Better Than the Movies is such a CUTE read and one of my favorite romcoms 🥰
Just throw Powerless in the TRASH 😂 I hate that book... For such an unoriginal book to be getting THAT much hype is baffling... I mean I could steal scenes from every popular book and mash it together to create a book 😏
