In the state of Massachusetts, tenants can legally challenge
notices to quit in court. Landlords must complete a legal eviction process in order to attain a court order to require tenants to leave.
Many tenants have moved out of the EMF building in Central Square, Cambridge, but several have continued to use the space to create art and music.
Employees of Trinity Property Management have made repeated attempts to intimidate tenants who have continued to use the building.

This video had to be put together very quickly and given the intimidation tactics going on and the legal situation, there was some ambiguity about who I should and should not show; I'm also not sure about whether I should use names at this time. WEMF was always good to me & I've got some other friends in the building as well. It's a shitty situation.
