    Nice detail here. As you say, tweaking your slicer profile, and a well set up printer will go a long way to wheels that come off the printer really close. It's well worth the effort.

    What print settings do you recommend for making sure the wheels are as balanced as possible coming off the bed? What do I need to look out for?

    could this be done to a 'normal' flywheeler as well? And would it be a similar process?
