Your opinion is not fact. Don’t state it as a fact. I have nearly 3k hours in Planet Coaster 1 and I couldn’t care less about switch tracks. I’m a builder, so my opinion is that more scenery/build pieces is most important. See how I said it was my opinion instead of stating it as a fact?
@@ErwinPPP I’m not sure who you are aiming this negative comment at 🧐 Regardless, relax, we’re all passionate about the game here, and time spent on it doesn’t matter as long as everyone is having fun, don’t you think?
Also, with the rapids, I really hope that we can actually add waves in the trough that splash into the boat. In the current game, it is literally just a slow river , maybe with a random drop. Rapids are very common attractions that are often very popular, but because of how restrictive the current design is, I really struggle to use it.
YES! Let’s go even further with a larger trough so that the rafts can navigate it with freedom! With the inclusion of waterparks, there’s a good chance they may upgrade the other water rides in such ways too!
+ longer queue line (more realism on the number of guest in the line) + more guest in the park, if you go for mega park, i want to go for mega guest number like disney or major parc (talking about 40.000 guest) + possibility to have a 24h cycles (toggle option) just to have a better night/day cycle where you would have the possibility to see your ride running on a real time line and seeing the real efficiency of your park + dynamics tracks (bounce / drop track / tilt track / switch track / transfert track / rotating track) and possibility to have reverse and multiple launch sequence like Toutatis in Parc asterix) and many more stuff i would love to see in the game !
Tbh a big wish from my side would be moving stations with conveyor belts for rollercoasters, as for example Voltron Nevera uses them to get a much higher ride capacity
It would be nice if guests could walk around the structure like Planet Zoo's habitat. Just as climbing items have checkboxes, construction items should have walkway checkboxes. In the play video, it was only free to walk on the ground path. I think I would be happy if the overpass like this.
I don’t know how that would work, but it looks like the new pathing basically works like this with walkable space etc! I dunno about scenery, but it’s better than nothing!
I would like to see a better way to maneuver the camera, although the basic camera movement is just rotate, pan, zoom, and move, the advanced camera mode becomes ambiguous when moving and building sets, there isn't an indicator that even says we are in the Advanced Camera Mode. I would also like to either edit or create peeps and change their attributes, and/or even customize my personal avatar, giving it attributes so it can interact inside the park, RCT3 style, albeit, once created they could not be edited.
Would love to see the station editing and more realistic American style restraint checking rendered for ride attendants. I would love to see some sort of mechanic that makes the design of the station, ride type, and ride actually define the capacity rather than it just pummeling through so many people as it does currently. If possible it would even be cool to have the mechanic work that the lower your attendants are trained, the slower they go or something of the like. I’d also like to see a ride operator sim as apart of the game. Maybe they can restrict it to just the control panel operator rather than checking restraints or assigning rows. But I think it would be fun to be able to sit down at a control panel (maybe one you can design the layout of even) and operate the ride in the game. I know there’s one or two ride operator sim games out there but they seem to be a little more arcadey than I’d like personally.
I think that they could transfer the original themes over as frontier did that earlier with an admittedly shorter time between games but the models were a lot more complex, realistic, and required multiple animations when they ported the Jurassic World evolution 1 dinosaurs over to evolution 2. Granted there are far more things with the original themes, but I still think it’s possible.
one thing i care about is the option of variable spines on all coaster models, this is already implemented in PlanCo1 with Copperhead Strike, but i wish to see that on other coaster types as well, like old Intamin Megacoaster with the option of triangular/rectangular track, variable spine thickness for B&Ms, and single/double spine on newer intamins
@@YannBK1608 I watched that video and got reminded of another thing I really hope for in better custom support functionality, like being able to draw the support pattern and it generates the support for you
What really bothered me with planet coaster was that coasters had only one group waiting at the gate ready to ride, and that the train couldn't leave the station until the guest walked all the way up to the gate.

@@YannBK1608 sure I respect your opinion! But how can you disagree that the 4m method shouldn't be necessary? I mean making a slightly realistic coaster without it is literally impossible.
