The one that said, "They will make me drink the blood of the Kali and then I'll fall into the black sleep of the Kali Ma." Apparently, he has. He looks like he's in a trance or like he's been hypnotized. The pain of being burned seems to wake all the victims from the black sleep.
Originally after Mola Ram told Indy that he was caught trying steal the stones, Indy was supposed to say, "Nobody's perfect. From what I heard, YOU stole one of them from a small village." Also, after Indy said that they're still missing 2 stones, Mola Ram was supposed to say, "No, they are HERE-- somewhere," and then mentions how they were hidden in the catacombs. I once saw an Indiana Jones book and it contained maps of places that Indy goes to in the 3 movies, including a map of the Temple of Doom. It showed the layout of the temple, where everything is, including where the 2 missing stones are. It looked like the stones were in a small underground compartment. You won't find any of these maps online, I know, I've looked. I now regret not buying the book.
Indy, "Thieves like me, huh? Ha!" Yeah, the thuggees steal a stone as well as all the children from a small village,(and probably from other villages) and they're calling Indy a thief?
the sacrifices shown here are fictional. Being a Hindu i can say that these sacrifices are not a part of mainstream Hinduism that the people of India follow. Also the kali Maa here in India is worshipped as an empoweress who often restricts a large portion of evil for positive effects. The scenes shown here a absolutely fictional and these types of sacrifices don't occur in India.
