      I personally love a Kimura from closed guard and if i can transition to a Trimura, even better!!

    Now I know why it worked occassionally, I have seen it a few times in shorts on YT but the way it was showed was simply to turn the hips to the other side. If I bring the knees to chest before turning that should solve the problem:) Thanks a lot!

    Thank you for sharing this professor. This one video help me solve two problems. I always try this sweep but never get because I don’t bring the person to my chest first. I use this shin on shin all the time to get closed guard but never thought to put foot on hip to keep knee heavy to attack submission . Thank you

    I have incidentally done this while rolling, not really trying to do a specific technique, sometimes when I drop my hip to the outside my training partners just kinda' plops over on the floor, and I end up with a good mount position. I'm sure it's a timing thing, I will try to pay more attention to it now.

    Do you have to even move your hips or can you just time it right? A quick "knees to the chest" but angle your opponent to your left?

    For sweep, if they are trying to stand and they get a foot on the mat would you still try this? Or go to different sweep?

      You can’t think this way, maybe it’s time to spend mor e time in training work on attacks? Best tip for you focus on control over attacks, don’t go to train trying to win every rounds, work where you have more difficulties BIG OSS I am always here to help
