Every day in a typical business there are thousands of transactions that follow one process or another. Nowadays to keep track of it all, we use information technology. IT manages the vast amount of data generated by our transactions. Together the hardware and software that make up the IT systems support the processes.

Thank you for the explanation. From this video i can understand that business process happens in the real world. For example the hiring process. It has three layers model which is hardware, software and processes. The hardware support the software that support the processes.

Thank you for the video. It easy for me to understanding because your explanation for this video very clear. This video very helpful me to understand and relate with my course study. In Information Technology, it has hiring process, accounts payable process and so on. In that, you also mention that in IT had three layers such as processes, software and hardware.
