My favorite part is how they pop so slowly, like since the are bigger they take longer to pop or something. When they do pop, the bubbles leave a trace outline of themselves in the process that is...quite cool to watch and unlike anything I have ever seen.
@Alan MacLeod oh gosh..commented quite some time ago Anyway I meant you can see the trace of the bubble disappearing in tiny bubbles too, I'm aware it doesn't dissolve in the same fashion a big "tubular" bubble like that does, orizontally let's say

you people don't get it.. they're not stupid kids that break bubbles... just look at them all run towards the magic, being so happy.. this video slapped me hard and reminded me of what childhood REALLY was about. And we should all be reminded so. The guy that made them bubbles was making them FOR the kids, and he surely knows all of this :)
@MrAmericanrebel if you ever have a child, you would know that a parent feels just as happy as how happy their child is. It's not depressing to want to keep the memory of their children feeling bliss, it's a gift for parents to see their kids being happy.

Yep - and as you make bigger and bigger wands, they get very heavy to hold up high enough - especially when soaked in the bubble solution. Some of the guys that blow really huge bubbles experiment with lightweight materials for both the wands and the wick. I've heard of someone using telescoping fishing poles as the wand handles, rather than the wooden dowel approach!
It is called a "two handled bubble wand". These guys make their own GIGANTIC ones with all sorts of lightweight materials, but you can also go out and buy two handled wands with a seven foot loop of the wicking material. It wont make bubbles quite this large, but they're still impressive.
