What are EPE playing at inviting her to Elvis ❤️ week, its terrible. For one she vaguely even knew Elvis ❤. Elvis would be fuming having her as a guest speaker and as for her calling Elvis ❤️ a creep, I have no words.

Saying she hates Elvis fans and now she will take her money from Elvis fans makes me laugh 😂😂 Another person that withouth her connection with Elvis, would be nobody 🤦🏻♀️All these people, who show zero humility and believe themselves to be the masters of the world just because they passed through Elvis' life for some time, are completely ridiculous 🤦🏻♀️

I think they invite people from the Elvis world just to make the whole event more attractive. I wonder how they will go on when all these pseudo "friends" won't be here anymore. Maybe it will be the time to really focus on Elvis only.

I have a virtual Elvis week ticket. I’m going to be watching this person with skepticism. Having a person who called Elvis a creep at Elvis week and hating on Elvis fans at Elvis Week is the worst guest they have had in sometime. I hope many people do stand up and leave she speaks. Thank you for sharing all of this information.
I have read pretty much all Elvis books and by far, Shirley's book was the worst. She thinks VERY highly of herself and her overinflated self importance came through. She wanted to be with Elvis (creep or not) but had to settle for Joe. In the end, Joe married someone else. Shirley is an attention seeking wanna be who really didn't make much of a dent in the Elvis story.
I would never pay a cent for Shirley's stories, sorry. I don't recognize her as MM Princess 😂😂

Well, Shawna, you really "spilled the tea" tonight girl! I was wide awake for this episode! On one hand, Shirley refers to Elvis as "creepy," while on the other hand she tries to monetarily capitalize off of his name. Typical!!! My only insight into Shirley D. was listening to a two-part interview with Joel Krein, "Collecting King Elvis." At first I was looking forward to hearing that interview but before it was over I knew that I wouldn't be buying her book. She really thinks she's something!
You said, that she's appearing with Linda and Sam Thompson. Are they friendly? Just wondering as Shirley did speak well of LT in that interview.
If there are those who are going to stand up and walk out, I hope they sit in the front row so all can see! Great show!
Sam Thompson used to live here in Vegas when Joe lived here and of course Shirley lived here for only a couple of years before Cindy and AJ decided to move Joe to California to be closer to his Cindy because of his dementia.

I’m not Team Ginger or any of his GFs, but everybody grouped against her when she announced she was writing a book. The book was a bestseller.
A couple of years ago Ginger appeared at a Q&A in Memphis during Elvis Week. Not invited by EPE but nearby and it drew big attendance. It was a sellout. There had been requests that Ginger be invited by EPE in the future. Maybe this is the reason Linda and Shirley are appearing together. Sheila Ryan did say that Linda used to upset Elvis. And said she overheard Elvis on the phone telling Linda that she sure knew how to twist the knife in him with her deep eloquent words.
One thing I’ll say is that in most photos Sheila seems very engaged with Elvis and very affectionate, enjoying his personality and hugging him. Anita Wood did too. 🌈
I kind of understand LT being upset with EP when he was seeing Sheila while being with her.
@@Rainbow-sb7eo I produced An Evening With Ginger Alden in Memphis in 2021. The show originally was supposed to happen in 2020 but the pandemic prevented that. I’m glad we were able to finally have it happen in 2021.

Love your opening graphics, cool. You know we never get over the fame hounds who try to profit off of Elvis' name. It is obvious that this lady with her weak connections to him is one of the worst. Another thing I notice is the women who come on to Elvis and got ignored like this person and Dee Stanley become mean and spread lie's and mean comments about him. It sort of like the "a woman Scorned" thing. To bad Graceland isn't paying attention, I guess it's just bottom line business. I happened to go on her page one time and she was professing how wonderful billy stanley was and how great his new book was. I commented that billy was not Elvis's brother and the fact he stormed out of Graceland in 1972 after he accused Elvis of sleeping with his wife and he NEVER saw Elvis again, so how could he possibly know what Elvis thought in the last 5years of his life, a guy replied to me agreeing and adding a bit more about billy, the next day I went back to see if anyone else had replied, but I could not, cause shirley had blocked me, she only likes people on her page who are kissy kissy with her, she doesn't care about the truth about Elvis at all, she only cares about smooching with others who knew Elvis
I really enjoyed this video and the play on words in the subject's name, how clever of you! Love the information you give with your sense of humor added. The Mindy interview was very good too. She is lovely! I read S.D. book and enjoyed it, but always more to the story. When I first read the P.P. book, sorry to say I fell for it, which made me sad for his daughter and his reputation. I have since become very incredulous to unchallenged biographies of subject's long departed. It's so annoying how readers and interviewers just accept it all as fact. Anyway, I look forward to all your videos, thanks for them!

It seems they are running out of really interesting guests. I feel there is no longer much genuinety to Elvis week. The only thing I would love to experience once is the atmosphere during the candle light vigil.

I don't know, I think Elvis has a lot of family left that should be asked to speak at Elvis week instead people we've never heard of before. I don't recall ever hearing about her. If anyone did, I don't remember it. But still Billy & Jo, Danny & Joey Smith and I believe there are many more cousin's that could have a lot to say about Elvis. Family should come first in my opinion. Doesn't make much sense does it? I'm sure Elvis would have loved for his family to come and speak on his behalf. From the stories I've heard, Elvis really did love his family. That's why he kept coming back home to Memphis. ❤❤❤

I agree. It's only an occasion to make money and go on with the business. Most people of the Elvis world are not here anymore. Those who are still here, are old and have sold their stories, lies included, for so long that it's hard to believe anything they say 😂. Prices are absurd so I personally find nonsense to pay such an amount of money to hear people as "Shirley Dieu". The only good thing about the event is fans who like to spend time together those days and be close to each other during the Candlelight Vigil...a sort of spiritual connection to really celebrate Elvis and his soul. ❤

Is it possible that not EPE but Riley Keough decided that Shirley Dieu was coming to the Elvis Week because she is such a good friend of Prissy Vampire, who will do anything to blacken Elvis and Lisa Marie Presley.
To be honest I don't think Riley has any interest or knowledge about who transited in her grandfather's life. It's EPE planning the events and inviting people. We will have these people for many years in the future. I don't think Priscilla is welcomed at Graceland. Lisa is not with us anymore and she was the last one really spiritually involved in her father's legacy. The rest now is business. Having those guests is an excuse to make people come with the hope to meet one of them and pay the money they want.
Hi. Thanks for this info. on Shirley. She calls Elvis a creep and hates his fans but was ok with making money off them from her book. So few people who were in Elvis life are still alive so Graceland is now left scraping the bottom of the barrel with slim pickings from people like Shirley with their 'stories' about him. Sounds like those in charge of Graceland don't care who they bring there to speak. Imo, it's become all about making money from anything possible. It's overshadowing Elvis. I went to Graceland in 1988. I was just a teen. I always thought i would go back. My mind is changing on that. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the displays are great and I'm glad Elvis still draws so many people, but it just seems to much about the money now. I have heard the prices for Graceland have gotten very expensive also. The prices should have been kept more reasonable so all fans can go visit. Thanks.💖

I wonder if Shirley lied to Suzanne Finstad in Child Bride. She said quite a bit in that book.
I don't know if you had a chance to listen to Joel Krein's two-part interview with Shirley, but within that interview Shirley "claimed" that Finstad got some info wrong. You may recall that in "Child Bride," Shirley didn't like that Prissy "rolled her eyes" at Elvis behind his back because he was wearing his snowmobile suit. Shirley went on to say that when writing her book she discussed this with Prissy and that Prissy was able to explain to her that she was just amused by Elvis because his pajamas was showing out from underneath his snowmobile suit! Once Prissy explained that to her, she realized that she had "egg all over her face." Through this process though Shirley realized that Prissy was her "true friend." (paraphrased). You'll also remember in Finstad's book there was a time that Elvis and Sheila R. was dropping Lisa off and Sheila said that Prissy just rolled her eyes at him. And, of course, the stuff written about Ginger must have been on point because Shirley didn't dispute that. You may want to listen to the interviews with Joe Krein, "Collecting King Elvis" to get a better understanding.
@@vicki6070 I have screenshots of the actual transcripts that Suzanne sent me. Everything Suzanne does is taped and then transcribed into transcripts. She didn’t get anything wrong. This is Shirley‘s way of backpedaling because she knew she overstepped with Priscilla.

Again, typical of narcissistic behavior. They deny everything, they will have no accountability for anything. They always have to be right and they are never wrong. She has been doing it for years, which is why I stopped the friendship and then she started with her Defamation of my character lies for eight long years and that is why I finally came out to tell my truth on Shawna‘s podcast two weeks ago.
