The inquisitors killed me. Worst farm in the game in my opinion. They are one of the best teams but some of the most lackluster characters in the entire franchise. I loved 2nd sister in fallen order and she’s got the least viability of any of them.
Ki-Adi-Mundi gets my vote. We're doing ROTE and I've spent a ton of GET3 from it to hard farm over a hundred and fifty shards over the last half year or so. I don't even need him, he's just one of the last non 7* ones I still need to unlock
I have to disagree about Aphra. Having read all her comics she's become one of my favourite new star Wars characters so I unlocked her as soon as she was released and way before I had any GLs. I was low GP and having her on my roster completely changed my account. It made me way more competitive in GAC, helped me climb up the ranks in squad arena and helped with assault battles, TW and TB! She was the catalyst for taking my account for meh, to yeh!
Me over here 🥴as a newish players currently working on GAS and LV right away simply due to anakin being my favorite character. I’m enjoying the grind and following my heart. I’m just farming my favorite characters. JMK will be next. I love ROTS so that’s who I’m farming.
I totally agree with your thoughts on the Inquisitors, they seemed to never end. I’m in the early stages of Jabba and am finding it super fast so far. I hear you on those “painful toons” but gearing them has been super easy as a lot are older and I’m not needing Kyros until relicing them. As well, in completing other requirements I only had to farm Lando and Kristanten, who are now accelerated. So I’m making super fast progress. If I wasn’t trying to have my JK Cal requirements ready for June, I’m sure I could unlock Jabba in as little as 2 months. I think KAM is the worse for people like me were in a guild that was starting to be good at LS Geonosis when RofE started and we switched. Now KAM is only available through the store and GET 3, which I’m using for Kyros, which let’s face it are more valuable. So I’m stuck with a low star low gear KAM. Thought provoking as always Phil!!!!
I think Leviathan should be an honorable mention as well. I don’t have it and don’t plan to get it until after unlocking JKCK and LV. Having gotten Reva’s core team of 5 all to R8 I can heartily agree that her farm is brutal. Don’t get me wrong, she’s amazing and beats so many teams and I can even wreck JMK and Leia teams right now with the Empire datacrons we have but it’s easily the most invested team I have in the game. I’m currently working on LV req’s and man do they suck as well. I’m pushing the pause button on it for the moment so I can get JKCK when he comes back (hopefully in June) but yeah, super painful. Lastly, I don’t have Aphra and don’t plan to get her until I have literally everything else in the game. I don’t even miss having her. I think I lost two GAC’s when she first came out and I didn’t know how to deal with her datacron, but since then, not a big deal.
Great video! I've been saying the same about the GAS team for years. I was sp burnt out from the gas farm that I neglected my 501st for a long time, which hurt me.
I have aphra, general skywalker and most recently jabba. I do not want to go through lord vader or inquisitors but may have to do the inquistors sooner than later to get it over with

I do love aphra but her kit without the datacron does feel incomplete and her team really needs a tank or a cleanser. I can use the team without the datacron but with it I can sweep GLs. Still have no regrets about getting her though, cause she's fin to use.

I completely agree the GAS farm has been super painful. I was really hoping to do modding adjustments to force myself through Tier 3 at G12 but it's simply impossible, I'd need phatphil mods not Asch519 mods and even then it'd come down to running it 100 times to finally get the right RNG to align. Biting the bullet and giving up some relics is the better play for sanity reasons so B1, B2 and Magnaguard relics coming soon TM.
I understand hating on the GAS journey for how huge it os, and basically being a GL level of investment. The thing i love though is: GL farms all have their trash characters that you'll never use after relicing them. GAS has ZERO of those. No resources wasted on trash like Jawa or Lobot or Captain Han or Resistance Pilot. Asajj is the worst character in the list of requirements, but you don't even need to relic her, and even she is useful on a NS team which doesn't need a lot of investment and gets you assault battle income.
I 100% agree the inquisitors are the worst grind. Ton of kyros, a ton of characters, and the base team is crap and grand inquisitor less soggy crap. Reva is a GL, but you get her late. Any farming guide should put inquisitors dead last minus the ships.
Have to disagree on GAS. GG team is brilliant and low Kyro. Padme team is essential for Conquest. By the time you hit it you should already have CPO for CLS. And you follow it up with Nightsisters to make Assaj worth it. All in for Kyro, for 3 great teams, it’s brilliant. If you go up A level in GAC and need 6 more squads, it’s a great time to go for it.

Dont forget you also have use gear up the ewoks to a certain level to get c3po. Now you dont have to relic them them but still

I'd say LV is worse, very few of the reqs are even used with LV, he has the most high relic reqs. You do get BB that's about it
