UCF Autonomous Underwater Glider Team Silver Final Video

Mechanical Engineering Majors at the University of Central Florida tackle obstacles associated with the development of a long range Autonomous Underwater Glider for their Senior Design Project.
The final weight and weight distribution adjustments to take advantage of the energy efficient, hydrodynamic, blended wing shape of the glider were never fully accomplished. However, significant progress on the vehicle was made and knowledge was gained in a variety of mechanical engineering disciplines related to the project.
