@@zloma2221 I did exactly as you show in the video: "Windows key" + "R" and there I put "shell: startup", then it opened the "startup" folder and there I put the dpclatency.exe that was in the folder " Downloads "cut it and paste it into "startup". After I did that, I restarted the PC and I wanted to test if it worked and it did not work, ergo, one way or another I have to open the program manually for it to work.
@@RyanRonin idk really i Will try solution to your prob but now idk really why it wont it have some delay after starting windows like 2 or 3 minutes before windows starts bcs it starts last as the program
for everyone who cant startup it : create a .bat file and type start "your path" and paste it in startup folder. But it ofter cause error "UninstallDrv etc...". If someone know how to solve it, ill be appreciate.

@@zloma2221 The only problem is that the "shell: startup" thing didn't work for me. DPC Latency did not start when I restarted the PC.
