Love seeing others creativity - like some of the touches mORIS added (especially the treasure horde) and interesting to see what the place looks like with some new texture packs. As always appreciate the nice comments regarding my original mod. Haven't played for a while but continue to watch your videos as I love your subtle/soothing approach to reviewing house mods.
Her voice is very soothing too. I would love to have her sit by my bed and just talk, it would be wonderful to go to sleep to her voice. Beautiful house mod too
Hey! Lovely to see you and thanks for commenting:) Just goes to show how well-loved your mod is that people still want to play with it and expand on your vision. And thanks so much for watching my videos - I really appreciate it!
It's cool to move the bed far away from kitchen place but I think the over things are unusual. ex: more bookcases... we have a unlimited library before. Anyway, Rayek End stay a "must have" with the most beautiful daedric and artefacts room Thanks very much for the video Feb😘
I am going to use the expression "Pretty much of a muchness" every chance I get, even if I have to manipulate conversations in some stilted and confusing way. Perhaps this is a common expression but I live a sheltered life and have not heard it or at least not noticed it. Perhaps thats just because it might have been said but it wasn't said by Feb. This one is another mod that started great and has given inspiration for further creativity - love that about Skyrim! As an aside my compliments on the choice of a high quality ladder. High quality homes deserve top craftsmanship and those apprentice made scrap wood ladders so common around Skyrim have their time and place. For me that is all the time and in the fire.
LOL - I think it's a pretty common expression? I'm so happy the ladder met with your approval lol - and yes, I know what you mean, it's such a compliment to Rayek that people love the mod and want to build on it, a bit like Lierin did with Gerheardt's Riverwood - love that!
Hi at all, I'm moris the author of the rayek's end expansion. Thank you febrith for upload this video, I do not image to have someone that will upload video. I spent so many time to learn the house develop on creation kit, and I happy to having succeeded. For my riddles, I know that probably I did some translation errors. I'm very happy, this is the first time that I finish a player home project in the elder scrolls saga. Thank u again!
@@FebrithDarkstar Hi Febrith, your review about the teleport spell on the table near the library it's true you have reason. I haven't thinked it. Maybe, in future, I 'll implent this one. I put that spell effect on the table only for beautiful effect. Review are so positive. Thank you again! I have relased another update to fix rack table. Now It work well.
This is a nicely done home, I am not a big fan of cave homes, but I would get this one. I love the deco and space to walk around, I would add a bit more lighting also, but it's really nicely done. Kudos! I viewed the old version with the bed near the cooking area and agreed it didn't belong so I am happy they moved it.
Greetings! Yes I wish it was a little lighter for my taste but I feel it's beautifully put together, I've always admired this mod and now it's even better:) You've picked some awesome mods there Phat:)
The background music is from TES III: Morrowind. xD For those of you who grew up with TES III: Morrowind, you will recognize the music. Oh yeah, I'm sorry. It is Solstheim music now, since Red Mountain exploded and Morrowind is just ash everywhere now. All the Morrowind culture left has emigrated to Solstheim isle in 4e 201.
I love the original as a cozy player home. I would love the original with the stable. Otherwise amazing work. This is my favorite home for solo playthrough. Thanks Febrith for the video.
Bad Girl Feb hasnt given Inigo anything else to wear...tsktsktsk. While im not a fan of underground homes, or cave homes in particular, this one was and, especially with all the new additions, is a welcome exception from the rule. :) Thx Feb, as always. :)
I hope you're still doing showcases in like a year. I have an idea for a massive ayleid style palace. I'd love to know what you think of it when it's done.
That's a great idea - I'd love it if you'd do that. I never meant to make this many videos tbh but I've enjoyed myself such a lot that I just still keep doing it:)
I think the location could mess with another mod, but its so nice. Can't say whats the best part. Some frozen palace inspired home would a nice home (on solstheim or bruma, skyrim is so full and there is so much space). I never made a home just 2 follower, some armor and weapons and little patches for incompatible mods, and ports, if someone like that ice palace idea I would like to see it. I know its flackering but I like the traveler lantern it has a warm light I think in some player made homes it flackering more. One time I was in a dwemer ruin, they have that fantastic light on the walls, I teached my follower candlelight, magic in my hand produce light, magic weapons have animations and some light too. I had my torch bug lantern on as well, and my pc said, I don't do the math for all that moving lightsources you look at your desktop.
This place is so sexy, I love underground homes, there is something about it that really appeals to me and this place is beautiful it's so dang pretty, it really is lovely. Also the functionality is top notch to, however as a believer in the supernatural, burrying the original owner outside the home, could either prevent a haunting or start one, rather it was positive or negative, depends upon what the owner was like in life. The treasure horde though I love that! tat is so cool, I love it.
@@WolfkinNorthclaw I do exactly that - if you heard a conversation in our house you'd think we were mental lol - over time you develop a shorthand of speak scattered with stuff picked up from TV and life experiences that probably make no sense to anyone but you heh:)
I always loved the original because the mod author didnt relegate the smithing area through loading doors to outside, or a basement, or on a rooftop in Clapham. I guess if I had one complaint, its that the trophy room feels a little bit cramped. I'd like the see a slightly bigger area for it. But its still one of the best house mods I've used, and this extention just makes it even better. (I wonder if your ivy issue is down to stonework that was around the bed in the original, but hidden in this mod and not properly deleted? Dunno).
Almost forgot to comment - there is a lot going on here concerning a different hobby of mine - and yes, I'm a bit short spoken which is also due to my sore finger. As you know that I am typing all this on my phone. Right know with the middle finger, no offense meant, but my index finger is "moaning". - It's great, well lit, detailed but what I like most about it are the carved wooden walls and pillars.
Oh no - poor finger! As someone who uses just one finger on her phone (how the heck the kids do it with their thumbs is beyond me!) I really appreciate you making the effort to comment! And yes the carving is gorgeous:)
@@FebrithDarkstar Yeah, I don't get this either. I tried typing with both thumbs and it didn't work. But in the end only thing that is working is the one-finger-search-and-type technique. 😉🖖
@@RobertVlcek Maybe about a decade ago I had a Nokia with the raised buttons which I could use both thumbs on but with these flat screen phones - no chance lol!
mORRIS made some good alterations to it. Some of it I didnt like. Neither the amount though was enough for the esp slot. I think the original mod is best. Also this mod last I checked has issues with Nevah's Keep. The bridge of the keep and the horse stall do not like each other. Personally the stall should not have been added anyway as it makes the house stick out like a sore thumb
Looks fun, but I prefer the original (or the early variations). The cave and its location seems like it's meant to be modest, for a minimal hideout, so having a massive luxurious underground manor doesn't make sense for me in that vision.
Super bummed here. I really wanted this house mod but it crashes my entire computer & i have to hard reboot which is not good. Even with the patches installed. 😞
