Nice Home.Warm Colours, Subtle Finishes.
Audio? Nice kitchen. Pantry is a nice bonus as is the family room. . Master is nice but I’d want a tiled one. Having said that, it’s hard to complain much about such a nice house at such a good price.
For every home I have seen I don’t like my closet in the bathroom. I had asked about moisture . And he said aw no worries it won’t get in there. Come on now I know better then that. Plus I like my closets in my bedr easy to get in there and change in my bedr.

But how energy efficient is it? If it’s like the homes built in the 90s it will cost you out the you know what. Because of cheep materials and sloppy assembly.
I've noticed in a bunch of these videos when they show the HVAC blowers have very poor energy star ratings showing the poorest rating possible in its class .. Are there other units as an option ?
Love this home but would not buy with vents in floor. And for a mobile home at that price l would want it completely furnished.

Do not like that the master is right off the kitchen. Talk about no privacy whatsoever!!!
Is this home manufactured by Deer Valley? It’s the exact same layout and design except for colors and cabinet styles.
I know deer valley is the best built Mobil home I have a deer valley home and love it!
