Arahabaki? nah he's good. I mean taking in passive repel/null *skills* is a bit too crazy. I do like fat powerful personas but that's not my style - or maybe more like very low on my priority in my builds
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, POP A HEATRISER AND A DEBILITATE BEFORE YOU USE A THEURGY 😭😭😭 Still an overall good strategy, you're just missing out some huge damage. And PLEASE at least use Shinji's bloody charge before using Bleeding Fury. Bloodied Charge + Debilitate + Heat Riser (or just an atk up) is going to seriously put a dent in the reaper (even capable of one-shotting)
no I actually have a few real chances to attack so I just take what I can get.. Speed is not important in this situation, but lessening the chances for a game ending combo like Megidolaon into Crit is probably your point so then yeah maybe.
I'll summarize what I did in the video because I know play pretty slowly... My defenses at the worst cost 4 moves in a turn, Debilitate, Marakukaja and 2 mirrors, then in between I usually have to reapply debilitate and mirrors. In this situation I would rather just have Aigis/Shinji attack if possible when they don't have to heal anyone, I guess I barely have enough space to do Matarukaja but since my party is barely attacking, I just don't do it. **It's a purposely defensive strategy; Aigis and Ken can easily be one-shotted at level 66 so the defenses are very important or else I just enter the spiral of death of constantly trying to revive and recover. I think I didn't use bloodied charge because I just previously fought the reaper at lvl 66(full party at 66) and I was still in the headspace that it was a very risky move even though Shinji just unlocked Firm Stance for this fight - so maybe I should've used it. Another reason why I don't bother much with it is because creating a window where Mataru and debilitate are active, while Shinji has his 3 turn charge still on - and while the Reaper does his dekaja and heat riser shanagians - is way harder than you think when trying to keep the party alive.. It's just a gamble whether you're gonna get the situation you want or not, and so I just attack as soon as I get the chance. I'm fine with getting 200-500 damage, especially since the mirrors help.
Fact that this was on 10/3 💀
You're calling my ancient japanese god cringe?
