Hi. Do you know if the orange tip can be removed from a we Glock 17 gen 5? Isn’t it an essential part of the barrel, right? I Read that in some glocks the orange tip can’t be removed because can damage the barrel and cause shoot issues. I need to know if this is or not the case with my WE G17 gen 5. Thanks !
@@Ryan-ng3mv most pistols have a inner bore of about 6.03 most of the cheap GBB guns are like this, if its a rifle then it could still fire but would be very inaccurate, I was merely stating that alum and brass inner barrels have very low heat tolerance and can warp under the heat and cause it not to function as it should.
.... the real answer is kind of complicated.... Front-fire blank pistols, in some countries, can only be sold legally if they're classified as "flare" guns.... hence, the threading is there to accommodate a flare "adapter".... As for top-firing blank pistols.... the muzzle is not threaded and has an orange (easily removable) plug instead of a protruding orange tip....

Don't do this. It is way to dangerous, as anyone who sees it from a distance will not know that it's a toy. I would even go so far as to wrap it in orange duct tape to make it less likely to get you shot while you transport it to an airsoft game.
It's not dangerous if you just act smart and don't be reckless/careless. I've been to plenty of airsoft games and the vast majority of airsoft guns are indistinguishable from real firearms unless you inspect them closely. Just always be sure to transport your guns in bags or cases and don't carry them around in public spaces.

nope
