The rice paper is fragile and can burst open if the oil is too hot so I always double it up with two rice paper sheets, moistening both before rolling. Eventhough the rice paper technique is convenient and crispy they still don't have the traditional fried egg roll texture though so I intend on trying this recipe out. I will definitely comment on how it comes out when I do

'Medha' or 'All Purpose flour' are both versions of 'wheat' and wheat is not gluten -free, so it is a wrong description to suggest that you are making a 'gluten-free' receipe.
Brother, I know maida is not gluten free. Lots of people are asking me how they should make it if they do not have gluten allergy. That is why I try to explain this in every video. If you have seen my other videos you will know I am using gluten-free all-purpose flour.
I tried spring rolls with rice paper.They tear easy and made a mess.filling all over my pan of oil.never again.Stuck to my mouth..no😢. I wish I could buy gluten free egg rolls filled.
Dear you tried well...But thses are not gluten free spring rolls bcz you used maida and bread crumb...My family is celiac and I m following gluten free since 6 years..
I’m celiac as well, and I would only use gluten free crumbs. The batter looks gluten free to me, if you wish to fry them in the bread crumbs then use gluten free crumbs only. These wrappers look fabulous I can’t wait to make them. Good luck to my fellow celiacs 😉 Thanks for the recipe ✅

Can i use chickpea flour instead of all purpose gluten free flour?
Maybe chickpea and a starchy flour like tapioca or corn or glutenous rice or arrowroot and some plain rice flour ?
