This is a very tricky pattern. I've crocheted for 30 years so I'm not new to crochet and it is very confusing where you are increasing. It would help if you slowed down a little and show where you are putting your increases or use a solid color yarn to demonstrate it. I've tried slowing the video down but you flip your work around so it is hard to see on the video. I've printed out your pattern put don't understand what 1/1 means in the Special Stitches. I guess the best way to learn this pattern is to crochet step by step along with you and refer to your written pattern to see what you are doing. Sorry, I must be use to old crochet patterns but, I will learn your pattern sooner or later because it's a great bag! Thanks for taking your time to make a video for it.

Yes I do that so eell,well, to myself about the stitches in the pattern BUT it doesn't seem to work very well when the whole family is doing their thing and asking me questions ! So I prefer soft music or a light movie by myself with my dogs at my feet . It works for me! THANK YOU FOR THE TUTORIAL AND TIPS!

My first attempt was a fail. Didn’t have enough stitches in each round. Lost track. Tried to wing it. Got the straps ok but my bag is not the correct proportions. May try again.
