Running Out of Gas in Rush Hour Traffic

- Vehicle in front of me runs out of gas during morning rush hour in OKC.
People behind were unaware of the situation and speeding past him in the lane he needed to get through to pull over. Had to use my car with hazards to block traffic for him/her.
