In this hard-core action RPG, Jack must face numerous challenges to bring the light of the crystals back to Cornelia, a kingdom conquered by darkness.
Features action gameplay where you use a wide variety of action moves to survive furious battles and scatter your foes before you, as well as RPG elements collecting numerous different jobs and weapons to customize and develop your characters. The game can be enjoyed at several difficulty levels.
Will restoring the crystals' light usher in peace or a new form of darkness?...or perhaps something else entirely?

The problem was the time it took so you get a bit of lore and story, they could make it better like more cutscenes between here and there

Wonderfully summarised, thank you for this as it answered alot of my questions.
I agree all the videos online made the game's story seem like a joke with jack chasing "chaos" on repeat.
But after playing through I can honestly say I'm blown away by the story and the twist.
I will be paying for the DLC.

You forgot to mention the dlc story
Warriors of Chaos made a deal with Bahamut to make WOL stronger
Gilgamesh accidentally went to FF1 world mentioning other FF worlds
Lufenia able to get a Manikin crystal same as DISSIDA 012 manikins and Jack able to defeat the lufenia with two side ending; finisihing FF1, and other ending is becoming more poweful chaos on DISSIDIA
Side story, when Emperor talk to Garland and Chaos in Dissidia he decided to go to past Garland to take the mantle of CHAOS
