Yup! Just like any other school. It's a myth that Deaf are silent/quiet. Also, not all students at Gallaudet are Deaf.

And, it should be added, "the deafblind", although I've heard plenty of complains from deafblind people how inaccessible the campus is and how Gallaudet needs to really improve in many areas to truly include the deafblind!
