Add ingredients like protein powder, almonds, sliced apple, chia seeds.. I’m sure the video referenced by you states oats alone without any source of protein or fibre can lead to spikes in sugar levels, increase in hunger, and dip in energy levels!! So just add ingredients that contain protein and fibre and your good to go!!

I was happy I saw you in Keyworth’s nero the other day. I can’t believe we’re both final years graduating this year! I basically toured uni through your vids during my first year in 2020 which I did from my home country abroad. I saw in your vids what I wasn’t able to see cos of covid and it gave me a sense of connection with uni and being a student etc. Thanks for always making relatable uni content Lydia. i totally agree with the phone checking thing. i find when i pick my phone up as soon as i wake up, i start thinking too quickly, if that makes sense. like i haven't allowed myself to naturally wake up
I think getting your nutritional info from tiktok isn't the best idea. If oats works for you, then keep enjoying it.
I agree, anyone can say anything here, and most of the time it's BS. Everyone's body is different so what may work for you will not work for this tiktoker and vice versa, listening to your body is the best thing ❤

Porridge is my fave go-to breakfast and I’ll never get bored of it 😅 although one of those sachets would definitely not fill me up - I weigh out 40-50g approx (I don’t buy those bc it’s a waste of packaging).. I always switch up the toppings with peaches/mango/banana + blueberries + peanut putter or speculoos biscuits crumbled on top 😍👌🏼whoever said oats aren’t healthy is bs 🤦🏽♀️ it’s one of the healthiest long-lasting energy carbs especially when paired with a source of healthy fats and protein

For the breakfast..you can try MILLET KHICHADI(its easy to make )..and for the vitamin c you should try AMLA(Indian gooseberry)anyway you like ..1 gooseberry has power of 20 oranges .
For breakfast I usually make my yoghurt and granola topped with fruit, chia seeds etc the night before so it’s quick and easy in the mornings :)
Most times I usually eat a bagel type sandwich with scrambled eggs or fish fillet, but I’ve been loving apples 🍎 and cinnamon oats ❤
Keep with the oats. Personally buy the basic oats (75p it might change) supermarket one, weigh 40g and add what milk/non milk you like. The microwave ones are fast oats and can make you hungry earlier than normal oats.

Obviously I dont know which size she wears but I have the same jumper as well and in my experience its a little longer/oversized so you might want to consider that :) I do really recommend it it’s very comfortable

those microwave porridge sachets are literally just oats! It's a lot cheaper to get a bag of oats and just microwave them in the same way:)

Have you heard of Jamworks, I'm a university student and I use it. It takes notes for me and lets me make highlights that I can quiz myself on it's so useful!
Overnight weetabix has been my go to easy breakfast every since it went viral on tiktok months ago! It takes like 5 mins to make and is done the night before, so it's amazing. I like mine with salted caramel protein yoghurt and banana, but you can top it with whatever so it doesn't get boring

for breakfast ... that oatmeal contains a lot of sugar and it's not good to have that much of a sugar first thing in the morning it rises blood sugar so fast its comes down in the same speed. i used to have breakfasts like that and also have a lot of fast food and sugar during the day. and last month i got diagnosed with hypoglycaemia. if anyone have any suggestion for a easy and fast breakfast i'd like know too and engilsh is not my first language pls be nice :)

I'm glad you feel that way! It's called the Cicapair colour corrector cream, it doesn't prevent blushing, but it acts as kind of a foundation on your face covering it a bit x
