CHANGES 2009 - 2019: 10 YEARS OF VIDEO DIARIES DOCUMENTARY FILM

This Is my first documentary film I've created to date. It celebrates a 10 year anniversary of me filming video diaries and other films on my video camera, between 2009 - 2019. Discussing In that time, mental health, life ups and downs and changing as a person over time.
I feel proud to be sharing It!
There has been a 4 year delay in completing this film - with life, COVID and mental illness all getting in the way. But I'm happy to have the film finally completed now.
From early 2009 filming became a strong hobby and passion for me. videoing things in my life and talking in video diaries I recorded.
In 2009 I started recording myself doing video diaries and other random videos as a general hobby, it soon became a form of therapy and a way of seeing myself grow and develop over the years.
I have Autism and suffer with mental health issues such as Social Anxiety, It helped me to see myself in a different and more positive way.
