My cousin works at the coffee shop in Steveston... sometimes known as "Storybrooke Coffee Co." I've also never eaten at Granny's, but the actress who plays Granny has come into my coffee shop and I've served HER food. Lol. OH AND... (i keep editing this because i keep remembering connections i have to the show).... I USED TO OWN EMMA'S CAR. NOT EVEN KIDDING. I always forget how cool that is. Like my family used to own that exact car (or one of the ones they use, there might be multiple) and we sold it and then it got used in this show a year later. That's honestly the only reason I started watching the show.

Once upon a time deserves at least 10 seasons...there's so many fairy tale and other characters stories to tell and show all the connections and we just got another princess that they could add and that alone could make a whole season...moana plus Lilo and stitch characters would be epic!

@@kyyleeeeee Explanation from a local: Steveston used to be a small town but is located in the city of Richmond, which is beside actual Vancouver. HOWEVER. We tend to call Vancouver and the surrounding cities (Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam etc.) Metro Vancouver or Greater Vancouver because they blur into each other. It's a popular area for filming in general. Smallville, Deadpool, Once Upon a Time, Riverdale, Supernatural, Legion, etc. Steveston's been used more than once. I worked down the street from the clock tower building while OUAT filmed, which was neat, but another time another filming company paid my boss $500 to close down our parking spot for a day. Turned out they were filming Power Rangers.

This is so funny to me because I live in the town where they film the walking dead and so I see tourists walking around like this all the time like "look! It's the cafe!" And I'm like...yeah...that's where I get my coffee...

Alondra Rivera it’s just outside of Vancouver, Canada in a town called Steveston. I believe they now have a statue of Charming and Snow there
So many shows are filmed in Vancouver...makes me happy because I feel like once upon a time is even closer to me😂😄 Love the show!!!

one year from now ill be going to storybrooke (stevenston) its been a few years since the filming has ended but Its still very imporant to visit even tho the storybrooke signing isnt up anymore. I am beyond excited to go!!!!!!

I definitely understood your reaction when seeing Granny's. Two weeks ago I went to London and visited N Gower St, also known as 221B Baker St in BBC Sherlock and ate in Speedy's and had a near meltdown when I stepped on the sidewalk.

Speaking of New Zealand you need to do Queenstown/Glenorchy for LOTR sites. Thats where they filmed a lot of the forest/elf stuff e.g When they have the river horses, I grew up there. Its really beautiful :)

It's pretty funny that you went to the Paramount theatre in New Westminister because that area ended up being the location of Hyperion Heights in season 7! The theatre is even in a few background shots
