dust storms happen from loose dirt and high winds. So in the summer out in the desert a lot of dead plants their roots get loose and top soiled gets blown away from the high winds making a dust storm. One way at least
Its just sorta strong winds picking up alot of dust. It happens more often in dry desert areas but if there alot of sand/dust in one place, with some wind a dust storm can start
Why do people keep saying having your hazard lights on are stupid. I dont think it is, this way you can actually see the light in front of you if theres a car. Ive done this multiple times when a car slows down really quickly in front so the person behind knows something is up. Dont see the harm in it.
nathan ellison because the hazards blinking on your car causes delays in other peoples reaction times to hit their brakes when you hit your breaks. Hazard lights are ONLY suppose to be used if your car is disabled. Not while you are driving. You might think you are doing people a favor by driving around with your blinkers on, but you are actually putting yourself and others at more risk.
Patrick Paris so hazard lights are ONLY supposed to be used when your car is disabled? Hmmmm, I would use them if I had to pull over real quick to help with something hazardous and I would have to turn my hazard lights on so that people driving would notice and move around in time, better at night.
Patrick Paris if your going that slow, then I dont see the issue. Otherwise people wouldnt even be able to see the car. Im sure others would know why the hazard lights are on in that situation. And when the traffic is dead stop ahead and ive put my hazards on, im doing people a favor because then they'll know for sure they need to stop. If im at a dead stop on a freeway from traffic that was really sudden, I am basically just like a broken down car and its a hazard
Patrick Paris I live in the central valley and on winter mornings it gets crazy foggy. The hazards lights actually work better in determining distance than just headlight (especially on rural 2 lane roads).
This was one of the first haboobs I saw. I was standing in my backyard watching it and I had no idea what was going on. it's like 50 miles tall, really makes you feel like an ant
I'm planning on moving here after I finish community college. Such a beautiful place. The only downside is the increased amount of maintenance I'll have to have done to my vehicle versus here in Texas.

Stuff like this happens alot😂 it happens when wind travels over a field and keeps getting more and more dirt. And yes that have always happend🤘🏼
Thank you
dust storms happen from loose dirt and high winds.
A Rayne it's caused by thunderstorms and wind
Absolutely hell for the paint to drive through a duststorm but I guess there's no choice
Patrick Paris actually it's written in the AZ driving regulations not to use the hazard lights. I was wondering why... now it's clarified thx
Wow, didn’t know I could cause so much damage.
......cringe
got any grapes? bayahhahahaa yup
9:43 what was the point of putting your blinker on when you had your hazards on

I'm planning on moving here after I finish community college. Such a beautiful place. The only downside is the increased amount of maintenance I'll have to have done to my vehicle versus here in Texas.
Am i the only one that saw a face at 4:49 ?

I mean it most likely depends on what you were watching recently.
I live at Scottsdale, Arizona. While I was driving on the freeway, a big pile of dust just flew in the road. It was so dusty..
This video kind of related to what happened.
Oops, sorry. I meant the word ‘related.’
Car collisions could have happened! Be careful!
Emma Gunn they only happen if you are stupid and leave your lights / 4 ways on when you are stopped..
