- It’s time for my FIRST Disney Cruise! Today we are boarding the Disney Dream, which hasn’t sails in over a year! I’m going to showcase the procedures to getting onboard and what to expect once you are one!
This is officially the World’s First Disney cruise sailing in 2021!

Interesting that Disney took this approach to testing at the terminal. This looked like what some colleges had their students do when they arrived for orientation / dorm move-in last fall.

I really like how they are already implementing safety starting at the garage. That makes me feel more comfortable and safe boarding the ship knowing everyone goes to the same process.

Being European have you taken the Eurostar train to DisneyLand Paris? We live in two countries quite close to France.
We have been on Disney fantasy twice, and it is our favorite ship ever! Just so classic and wonderful. The adult areas are awesome, but we love watching kids interact with the characters in the atrium as well

I haven't been on a cruise in a few years and I love getting to live vicariously through your vlogs. I saw a door that was decorated on a ship I was on, a few years ago. When I did some research, out of curiosity, I found out that you can get in contact with a cruise line and send gifts (like food platters, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, souvineers, and more) to a passenger's stateroom or have the passenger's stateroom decorated in a specific way which I think is really cool (it adds something special to the cruise experience).

I have had to do that test at work every Thursday for the last year. It's not as uncomfortable as the invasive one but it's getting very old. Enjoy the Dream, great ship.
The decorations turned out better than expected :D. Have a magical few days at Castaway Cay with Kyle and Taya, JoJo! Btw, there should be a coin you can use to get the discount so that you don’t have to lug the stein around haha. Thanks for sharing the magic with us!

The Covid self-test is the same as what you do when you get a test at Walgreens and CVS, which is done in your car through their drive-thru.

Last time I was on the Dream it was May 2019, On another note that car that was in front of you at the terminal was from Alaska! I literally could not be in a car that long with my family. I honestly do not mind testing for COVID and or the flu or cold or stomach virus 🦠 before getting on a cruise. But if everyone comes back negative what’s the point of the mask 😷 I knew this would take forever, time wise they are going to have to get that in-line and do a better job. The inside of the Terminal looks a little different am I wrong guys? Just FYI all those decorations hanging from the ceiling, and the wine, and cheese platter, is all extra that you can have waiting in your room when you get there, of course you have to pay duh it’s Disney!

Haha... I noticed the steering wheel cover on the Edge. Have the same vehicle , had to do the same with mine. The beige color started wearing off as it aged. 🤣
@JOJO’S World Disney doing the same CDC policy on board ships as in the parks. NO masks outdoors needed (only indoors). NO mask needed (bedroom) Really awesome for Disney to support your efforts streaming. Be sure to mail thank-you cards when you get home for the gifts. It would go along way to show that you care and love to return to a future cruise.
