    That's removing the oil pump gear drive shaft on a Mopar not an easy thing to do. By the way you dodged guys if you're using the stock distributors make sure you go to Napa and get the mo 3000 rotor hotter spark and you'll notice the difference. It will bring the rotor Gap with a spark will go to the side not try to find its way top side because the Gap is so excessive.

    Is there a way to use a drill to check the oil pressure too?

    Does anyone know of a readily available shaft to use in a drill for prelube? Or do you have to fabricate one yourself?

    I'm actually working on a 72 Plymouth satellite with a 318 and that oil shaft will not come out, I'm not really sure what else to do

      Use a really strong long screwdriver, cheap ones at harbor freight, it will rotate right out
