Givenchy Gentleman is best! It’s very versatile and it smells soooo good! Spring, fall, and winter sent I’m gonna be testing it this summer also just because I want to keep wearing it, it lasts My whole 9 hour shift and I never really get annoyed of it.

yeah, agree with you (although i got both valentino uomo and intense) ... sometimes they are too much .. too powdery, too strong for spring casual /work or outside walk/ wearing ... givenchy gentleman edp is softer and more subtle .. that´s better for working place , not overpowering bomb inside a room :)

Ladies love VUI by a landslide on me. I gave Gentleman EDP a good amount of wearings and it is a good scent but it's a little basic while VUI really stands out.
I recall you stated that you are not particularly fond with Bond No.9 house. Idk if you have smelled it yet, but Bond No.9 Amber from the Dubai collection is really great, and it's actually a great attention grabber from females, at least on me. It's wayyy too expensive but I got lucky and got it 65% off...although even from that still bled from the bottom a bit lol.
Had the GG first loved it to the core got the VUI after and it smells almost identical just a tad bit cheaper to my nose. So VUI is much more a casual semi formal wear with a louder projection and attention grabbing persona. GG is much more classy unique and will grab attention subtly leaving people intrigued with it's sharp spicy note smooth dryness fit for Formal occasion. So that's how I split GG formal VUI sport 🤷🏿♂️
Givenchy Gentleman for sure! Darker and more sophisticated, and not so loud. I actually own it and have smelled the Valentino. Those voting for the Valentino haven’t tried GG. That’s obvious.
I like both but VUI was my pick. Liked it so much I got a backup bottle. Ive put a good dent into my first bottle. Since I’ve had it I haven’t worn DHI. Dry down on VUI is top notch. Update: just ordered GG edp for $53.90 from Maxaroma for a 100ml bottle.

Boris Blazevic Gentlemen Only Absolute really tones down the iris note compared to the others and also adds a shit-ton more spices...I like it better than Gentleman Only and VUI.

I tried both and VHI is way better imo. GG is good but the spices make it harsher and less sexy. VHI even if it is inferior to DHI, it is still a good iris scent. The GG has less character imo.

I just ordered a bottle of Gentleman EDP after going through a sample I picked up from Sephora. I've never smelled Uomo Intense but definitely need to pick up a sample. But I do love Gentleman EDP.
Normal people understand this pretty good actually: A working space demands respect for each one space and any loud fragrances in a close working environment is unrespectful to other ones who doesn't necessary want to smell you (you cannot smoke weed or a cigarette in an office for this same reason but you can do whatever you want outside the office). Period
People are going to always vote for the one they own. Given the release date, VUI is a no brainier in that category. I happen to like my frags darker and not to scream across a room (which makes VUI lose in the performance category for me) so GG wins.
Now, Valentino Uomo Intense vs Dior Homme Intense, for sure DHI wins!!! DHI is so much better, in my opinion!!! It's a timeless perfum!!! Perfect 10/10!!!
