Try different crosshair until you find one that fits your gameplay. Theres no such thing as "beginner crosshair". And for the crates and keys, you need to buy the key but you can drop cases from matches.
Rech, I think you could play in a pro team. Really, like your gamesense, reaction time, good usage of every weapon etc. I would like to see you on a pro team.

Pepe Frog I think that some pro players lose at least 20% of their competences in pro matches because of the stress xp if Rech can handle the stress well, he can do some pretty nice shots. But yeah, pros are maybe a tiny bit better than him, but it's very close !
Pro players aren't "a bit" better than Rech. You guys are use to seeing pros play against pros, so you guys can't understand Rech being just as good as pro players.
