    All you need is a towel or any used shirt to start the exercises! Easy steps lang to follow sa inyong bahay. Minimal movements pero malaki ang impact sa ating katawan.
    Remember: Do each of the steps for 40 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds of active recovery in between and breathe!
