I actually think Garten of Banban is going from an "ironically fun" to a genuine "so bad it's good" type thing. Like, I'm not even pretending to enjoy this series as a joke anymore. Whenever a new chapter comes out I just grab some chips and watch it like I would an Old Godzilla movie...
If Garten of Banban actually ends up being a solid game in it's own demented, crazy-ass cheesy right by the end of all these chapters.... damn, I don't even know what I would say....

Bittergiggle is seriously underrated in this chapter. A lot of films and games talk about the idea of a character who was designed to be evil, but BG wasn't ; instead he was designed to make people happy at the expense of being the one everyone laughs at, not the jokes. He's determined to take control of his purpose by actually making people laugh from his own skill and not as the punchline. It's really kind of depressing.

Bouncelia's castle should have been a bouncy castle or a castle themed play area
I feel the motive for the jester makes him both more likeable and it isn't outlandish
He was made to be a jester in the facility, to tell jokes and make people laugh. But he is being denied the one thing he was made to do. If you are something made to do one thing, and you are being denied it, you would go insane and eventually turn crazy and mentally unstable. All he wants is the queen to laugh, because that is why he was made. It's like an ai being made specifically to create original knock-knock jokes but then being told to stop making those jokes because they will apparently do bad stuff and kill people. The ai, if programmed to make jokes, will not want to stop, since it cannot be reprogrammed as the creators are long gone. He has a motive to get you, because that means that he can remove someone from the kingdom and maybe can tell jokes to. Also, since you are allies with toadster, who seemingly regularly throws his toadstars at bittergiggle, he will not like you.
As someone who watched Thinknoodles when they were a lot younger, I am shocked to just. See him in Banban?? Like what??????

I don't know what to say anymore about this game. We've strayed so far from the original intent but it further descends into insanity. I try to stay away yet I can't help but look at it.

I find it somewhat interesting how throughout all the previous chapters, we still don't know jack shit about our protagonist that we play as.
Sure, we know that they're a parent looking for their missing kid, but that's all we know of them.
We don't know if they're a man or a woman and we've never even heard or seen their thoughts.
It wasn't until FNAF SL where we learned more about who we play as, Michael Afton, and while it wasn't much, it was at least something to go off on.
Interestingly, the protagonist had been referred to gender neutral term, but I think most of the protagonist's child's notes had been reference Mommy, so it can safely considered that the protagonist is a woman. Although, I do agree that we don't know much about our stereotypical silent protagonist

2 Star games (creator of Choo Choo Charles) approved of his appearance in BanBan 4 and apparently he’s friends with the Europhic Brothers
Take that last part with grain of salt because I just saw some comments saying that

the weirdest part is that this damn train introduces many unexpected questions
the fact that it appears in the weird scene implies that either the protagonist or the jellyfish or both are aware of this creature's existance
and that opens up a whole new can of worms
it's most likely not a gyvanium creation as daggz thought, but anything else could be true:
- flynn saw charles despite being stuck underground this whole time
- the protagonist saw charles at some point in the past
- both of them saw charles somehow at some point
- it's a massive coincidence and the train engine is not actually related to charles and it just happens to look exactly like charles
- the devs simply stopped giving a damn about the story or the implications of cameo appearances
There is no context storywise for Choo Choo Charles to be there other than as a loose callback when Bittergiggle makes his joke involving a train. That scene was just a dream sequence and was a continuation of the dream sequence from episode 3 with the car. Two Star Games gave the Euphoric Brothers permission and approved it. I hear people saying that the devs are friends but I couldn't find a post where they outright say that. Apparently, TSG thought it would be funny to include Choo Choo Charles in the game and even on Twitter he was joking about it and wasn't taking it seriously.
I have a feeling that the Euphoric Brothers are actually very talented at game development, and they’ve only made Garten of Banban so bad before to garner attention. My theory is that the games are going to keep improving as more chapters release, with the last few games being genuinely good and worth the money.

It's the fourth game, they already made a shitton of money, they are clearly not interested in improving because they don't need to, people will keep playing even if the game is barely playable
I my honest without sugarcoating it, this chapter was my favorite and the best one of the three, the environments were better the voice acting (especially the voice for sheriff toadster) was so much better and the only thing I had problems with was the big ass room in the beginning that you have to backtrack every time to fix the elevator and the ending chase sequence wasn’t that well executed. Still a huge step- up for the games

One thing I love about Banban is that in every game, for every time they actually add one of the characters in the game (with a model), they also decide to add new characters without actually showing them in-game at all.
I mean, it took 3 games for Stinger Flynn, one of the 6 original characters to show up.
Also wtf how deep is this facility I refuse to believe this is a legitimate kindergarten
they might've needed a lot of permits too
then they would need a lot of bribes and "persuasions", as this thing is way too deep to be built without the government stepping in
and idk if anyone checked how deep the unnamed facility actually is, but the deepest known building is the jinping underground laboratory in china, it's 2,4 kilometers deep
i suspect that this facility is somehow even deeper than that
also the earth's crust varies and in canada, where this game most likely takes place, it's approximately 29 - 40 kilometers thick
if we assume that garten of banban takes place in quebec, then the crust would be around 30 - 40 km thick
so if the facility goes even deeper, the pressure and rising temperature will become a problem, and if they go deep enough, they'll reach SEMI SOLID MAGMA
The saddest part of this game is that Jumbo Josh got no gameplay segment since he had the best gameplay in the last.😢
Also the fact that we're four games in and Captain Fiddles has still had no gameplay specific to him is probably the funniest thing in this entire series.😂

something that really confuses me is that the point of this game is for the person we play as is to find our lost child in the kindergarten, but like every chapter has like no nods to the lost child so I'm pretty sure most people have forgot about the whole plot.

Yeah. When I saw another RUclipsr play Chap 4, I thought they just used Barons fan design without a thought because it looked significantly more appealing than most of the original characters Banban has.

I wouldn't be surprised if the ending was that the whole game was a dream.
I think what would be a better villan motivation for bittergiggle would be that they/he want the queen to laugh. But no one is alowing him to because "If you make her laugh the queen's pouch will open and is very dangerous." But the only thing he thinks is coming out of her pouch is bullshit. So when he does, he'll go "(oh sh*t)" and joins us in future chapters.

In my opinion, I kind of like Kittysaurus’ design, due to how “realistic” its features look compared to the other characters, which are just blobs of color. Their jumpscare is also kind of cool.

Banban is the only game where its hidden lore has the most sense. I'm talking about cases files. The biology makes a lot of sense - it isn't some mumbo jumbo crap like in fnaf or bendy but when you read those files, you actually can understand what's going on :)

Admittingly this chapter is rather long and stretched out, but I do like what they did with it. It's honestly pretty good. I was really happy when we got the VAs for Toadster, Bouncelia, and Bittergiggle. and I enjoy the lore they put in this game that is surprisingly interesting to learn about (some of that is due to me liking Biology as well, and understanding the terms they'd use in the earlier chapters)

I think the idea behind Charles' appearance is that Nabnab and Charles are both vaguely spider-like beings, and they somehow recognize this in each other and bond over it. I cannot, however, say why that matters for either character.
