I dont know what you guys are hearing lol (I’m deep deep in Twitterville.) What happened was two things: 1. Wumuti fans were hating on Jay for disbanding the group and said that Wumuti wont debut now because of Jay 😩 (which is sad bc Wumuti is talented enough to stand on his own). Jay fans responded that Jay was right to disband (the group had done all could together) and that there were disagreements on the team anyways. 2. Some Wumuti fans came out as Jay antis and said Jay doesnt deserve to win because he’s not a trainee (even though only 8/40 contestants are trainees). But you guys are probably unaware that the hate toward Jay and malicious rumors have continued… so anytime Jay gets criticized like this antis bring up malicious rumors and slander.😢 Needless to say no one did anything wrong and it is just survival show drama 🤣 All deserve success.

I agree with you, I think a lot of people are taking some of the comments at face-value when its' more tongue-in-cheek. But fans gotta remember, Wumuti and Jay have known each for 5 years. Jay showed up as a live-stream guest at Wumuti's fan-meet! They are close and friends, Wumuti knows Jay's personality which is why I think Wumuti wasn't that shocked and were playing along for the camera. Some people need to chill and not get so defensive, this isn't Boys Planet where there was a Jay hate train. I love Jay and the fandom can be fun at times, but other times... it's clear that the fandom have severe PTSD with survival shows lol. Sadly I also think this is some bad blood between fandoms left over from BP that is popping up again. (when fandoms act like gang wars) Anyway, I think Jay chose right and I LOVE that he was having fun this episode. The "Fever" performance was fun, but I do want Jay to show more versatility and sides of him.
we really do have ptsd LOL given what jay had to go through during bp made us to be too protective of him since Jay himself apologized to us about the sht people threw at him bcs he thought we also had a hard time debunking those and defending him. But one thing I am sure we don't attack people unprovoke, we are just trying our best so that the past won't repeat itself.
I think The Truth Untold performance would have been so much better if they had brought Donghun in earlier and not had Inhwan sing verse 2 and the pre chorus. He was fine in the verse, but having him continue into the prechorus made the song feel flatter and didn’t give the emotional buildup into the chorus that I wanted. The interest of having a new voice at that point in the song fixes that problem - also it would be Donghun and you know he would hit us in the feels immediately.
These new teams are definitely solid and I’m excited to hear what they have to offer. And I’m definitely scared of Jeup’s team, he truly picked all stars!

This show is soooo good, before it started i was like here go again jay im about to go through emotional trauma for you again but like yall said this show is a celebration of vocalist and it has been incredible to watch also the next eps teasers Je-up's team and his abss oh he knows what we want. Actually, we know what those interim ranking votes are for now. They’re putting those votes into this round to round it out to 1000. So 600 points are given by the Judges, 300 points are given by the Live Studio Audience and 100 points are given by the online voting from the start of the show all the way to Feb 25th I think is when it ended? WHICH IS INSANE cause we were voting not for groups but for individuals! So Stan voting and fandom voting and collab voting was very predominant! So what’s happening is that those individual votes get added together for this group elimination. Which honestly means it’s really easy to see who is going to get eliminated each round because of how close the competition actually is vocally, just cause now it really does feel like it’s going to be popularity.
It feels worth noting that both Donghun and Bitsaeon were also saved twice by judges. Woong is just the only one ever pointed out. I do think its because Donghun & Bitsaeon both had good performances within their team meanwhile Woong had less than stellar performances his first two rounds. Kind of feels like even if Woong performs well moving forward he won't be allowed a redemption from fans which is sad.

Sadly the show is really tanking in sk, so I’m afraid this group just won’t do well, UNLESS it’s totally ballad heavy cause a boygroup with a killer ballad song has a higher chance of charting in sk compare to let’s say an idol vocal boygroup with a more ‘idol’ type of song.
As the remains of team "Don't Go, Don't Go" both Donghun and Jeup remain as part of my top 4. I still would really like to hear Jay do a proper ballad because I would love it if the final group gifts us with a couple of those but I know that's probably unlikely based on the musical direction this show seems to be going (based on spoilers for the next two rounds). The fact that we never got to see the scores of the 3 vs 3 and then they had that be the deciding factor on who got to choose their teams first was seriously suspicious. Then the fact that they also got to pick their full team in one go instead of doing it round robin style made it even more so. Mnet is not even being remotely subtle about their favorites.
i really like the teams. i have a solid top 8 i dont think anything will be able to change it. also since 4/8 of my top favs are in the Waterfire team, I’m especially excited for them. Their voices are going to sound perfect together.

I agree with what you say about blocking these types of people who cause disagreement, but there is one point you need to know. This is a public channel and you brought something here from Twitter without proper context, as an outsider I can say that Jay's fans have been intimidated since before the show started, I don't want to mention the fandons involved but you can imagine Which are they. The fact that you saw a Jay fan say something bad about another participant is most likely feedback. They always do this. They intimidate Jay and his fans and when Jay's fans are so angry that they pay in kind they pretend that the fans are toxic and that they never published hate towards Jay. They delete the post but are always caught in the lie with screenshots of Jay's fans. So I think it's worth it for you to talk about both sides involved. There's no point in thinking it's Jay's fans' fault just because he probably has one of the biggest fanbases on this show. Sorry if any sentences were wrong, English isn't even my first language and I didn't even start watching this show because of Jay, despite knowing him from BP. It's your channel and you have every right to express whatever opinion you want. But it's always good to look for the context of events.

2024 IS the year of the block button! as a post i once saw wisely said, it isn't anything personal it just means i saw someone's tweet and decided there and then i never wanted to see their takes ever again. i get being invested (hoooooo do i ever) but we don't know these guys and they DO know each other! all the 'how dare he' at all the disbandments felt good natured and playing the reality television Game (except my boy suhwan but i get him. i do) and i agree that the disbandments vs staying together-s were the right, or at least understandable, choices. all the teams are fantastic going into this next round and it's a shame any of them will have to go. waterfire are IT for me and i will make mourning them my entire personality when they are no longer a fixed unit (unless...?) taco squad i just want to see in a variety show. a youtube channel. anything. let's crowdfund that trip to mexico. Jays fandom and Wumuti stans just dont get along lol. There were some Wumuti stans that were disappointed that Jay disbanded the team cause they likely think Jays gonna debut regardless of team. Also there were some fights in twitter before the show started regarding Wumuti stans declining to do a voting collab and being messy/shady about jay in general. All this culminated with "why do you want Jay to be with Wumuti when you were hating at the beginning of the show," so jay fans were mad. Plus most of Wumutis fans that are active on twitter were involved in Jays hate train last year in some capacity, which led to some "I'll never forgive them" sentiments by Jaystars. Tldr Jaystars want revenge for Boysplanet lol

Sorry Hayoon, Minseo, Bitsaeon, ... I'm a Choice, and also I developed a crush on Bain after replaying Bad News and River a very healthy number of times. So there wasn't much debating for the team I was gonna vote for. Although I think Jay's team has better chance of winning (and it would be deserved). Also Taco team is so much fun and the most "team-like" in my opinion. It would be iconic if they win ! But still, A.C.E has been desperate for recognition, and I don't think Bain has much opportunities to be himself and do what he likes in Just B (I could be wrong, I just discovered the group). So I really hope "Partners" team win. But like you say, I'll be happy with the other teams too. They all deserve it.

Sorry double commenting, but the production of this show is a little bit whack in comparison to what I feel Mnet can actually pull off in survival shows usually. Like theirs too much confusion for the audience in terms of the voting, the judges seem to not know the basic rules of the competition (the build up passes), the competitors definitely do not know the rules of the competition which honestly I feel like if they did they would have chosen very differently especially in that first round of picks in the Duet Round and then the pacing of the show is just slow. Like they really should have done things differently pacing wise, the voting instead should have been something different like idk the group building from the concept round in BP.

DoReMiFa (GwangSeok, YeoOne, JunHyeok, InHyuk) I think my final lineup right now is: Donghun & Bain are the two I really want and then the last two spots are kinda mixed right now (Jeup, Jay, Hayoon, Wumuti, Soomin, Sunyoul, Minseo and Haram) it can really be any one of these and i will be happy.. I just think it will be good if it's not just idols 😊
No offence, I love y'all, but Wumuti and Hayoon fans were BASHING Jay on Twitter for his decision to disband the team. So all this discourse from Jay fans isn't just coming from no where and it never was. They haven't liked him since the beginning and were constantly calling his vocals trash, saying that both of them were better than him and other rude things online and even refused to collab with Jay fans for the voting strategy because they all hate him so much. Why are you currently only showing one side of the conflict? Wumuti's fans disliked Jay from the beginning of Boys Planet and were part of his hate train. After the team disbanded in episode 7, there was such a wave of hate towards Jay on Twitter that I'm not surprised that the fans reacted. In the first episode, Hayoon(?) said directly that he didn't want to work with Jay, and now he's suddenly angry that Jay disbanded the team? Did we watch the same episode? Jay wanted something other than pop, hayoon wanted pop. The decision about fever was wumuti's decision and proposal. Let's not be surprised that Jay wanted to work with someone new. Wumuti and hayoon have been together since the second mission. Don't their fans want them to be with someone new? I don't like the way you talk about the jaystars because we didn't start this conflict. And don't even try to compare what happened with Jay during Boys Planet to the situation in Build Up. You say yourself that you are not on Twitter Build up, but you literally say things from Twitter without having any idea about the entire conflict. I dont know what you guys are hearing lol (I’m deep deep in Twitterville.) What happened was two things: 1. Wumuti fans were hating on Jay for disbanding the group and said that Wumuti wont debut now because of Jay 😩 (which is sad bc Wumuti is talented enough to stand on his own). Jay fans responded that Jay was right to disband (the group had done all could together) and that there were disagreements on the team anyways. 2. Some Wumuti fans came out as Jay antis and said Jay doesnt deserve to win because he’s not a trainee (even though only 8/40 contestants are trainees). But you guys are probably unaware that the hate toward Jay and malicious rumors have continued… so anytime Jay gets criticized like this antis bring up malicious rumors and slander.😢 Needless to say no one did anything wrong and it is just survival show drama 🤣 All deserve success.

I agree with you, I think a lot of people are taking some of the comments at face-value when its' more tongue-in-cheek.
But fans gotta remember, Wumuti and Jay have known each for 5 years. Jay showed up as a live-stream guest at Wumuti's fan-meet! They are close and friends, Wumuti knows Jay's personality which is why I think Wumuti wasn't that shocked and were playing along for the camera.
Some people need to chill and not get so defensive, this isn't Boys Planet where there was a Jay hate train. I love Jay and the fandom can be fun at times, but other times... it's clear that the fandom have severe PTSD with survival shows lol.
Sadly I also think this is some bad blood between fandoms left over from BP that is popping up again. (when fandoms act like gang wars)
Anyway, I think Jay chose right and I LOVE that he was having fun this episode. The "Fever" performance was fun, but I do want Jay to show more versatility and sides of him.

we really do have ptsd LOL given what jay had to go through during bp made us to be too protective of him since Jay himself apologized to us about the sht people threw at him bcs he thought we also had a hard time debunking those and defending him. But one thing I am sure we don't attack people unprovoke, we are just trying our best so that the past won't repeat itself.
I think The Truth Untold performance would have been so much better if they had brought Donghun in earlier and not had Inhwan sing verse 2 and the pre chorus. He was fine in the verse, but having him continue into the prechorus made the song feel flatter and didn’t give the emotional buildup into the chorus that I wanted. The interest of having a new voice at that point in the song fixes that problem - also it would be Donghun and you know he would hit us in the feels immediately.
These new teams are definitely solid and I’m excited to hear what they have to offer. And I’m definitely scared of Jeup’s team, he truly picked all stars!

Actually, we know what those interim ranking votes are for now. They’re putting those votes into this round to round it out to 1000. So 600 points are given by the Judges, 300 points are given by the Live Studio Audience and 100 points are given by the online voting from the start of the show all the way to Feb 25th I think is when it ended?
WHICH IS INSANE cause we were voting not for groups but for individuals! So Stan voting and fandom voting and collab voting was very predominant! So what’s happening is that those individual votes get added together for this group elimination.
Which honestly means it’s really easy to see who is going to get eliminated each round because of how close the competition actually is vocally, just cause now it really does feel like it’s going to be popularity.

It feels worth noting that both Donghun and Bitsaeon were also saved twice by judges. Woong is just the only one ever pointed out. I do think its because Donghun & Bitsaeon both had good performances within their team meanwhile Woong had less than stellar performances his first two rounds. Kind of feels like even if Woong performs well moving forward he won't be allowed a redemption from fans which is sad.

As the remains of team "Don't Go, Don't Go" both Donghun and Jeup remain as part of my top 4. I still would really like to hear Jay do a proper ballad because I would love it if the final group gifts us with a couple of those but I know that's probably unlikely based on the musical direction this show seems to be going (based on spoilers for the next two rounds). The fact that we never got to see the scores of the 3 vs 3 and then they had that be the deciding factor on who got to choose their teams first was seriously suspicious. Then the fact that they also got to pick their full team in one go instead of doing it round robin style made it even more so. Mnet is not even being remotely subtle about their favorites.
i really like the teams. i have a solid top 8 i dont think anything will be able to change it. also since 4/8 of my top favs are in the Waterfire team, I’m especially excited for them. Their voices are going to sound perfect together.

This is a public channel and you brought something here from Twitter without proper context, as an outsider I can say that Jay's fans have been intimidated since before the show started, I don't want to mention the fandons involved but you can imagine Which are they. The fact that you saw a Jay fan say something bad about another participant is most likely feedback. They always do this. They intimidate Jay and his fans and when Jay's fans are so angry that they pay in kind they pretend that the fans are toxic and that they never published hate towards Jay. They delete the post but are always caught in the lie with screenshots of Jay's fans. So I think it's worth it for you to talk about both sides involved. There's no point in thinking it's Jay's fans' fault just because he probably has one of the biggest fanbases on this show.

There were some Wumuti stans that were disappointed that Jay disbanded the team cause they likely think Jays gonna debut regardless of team.
Also there were some fights in twitter before the show started regarding Wumuti stans declining to do a voting collab and being messy/shady about jay in general. All this culminated with "why do you want Jay to be with Wumuti when you were hating at the beginning of the show," so jay fans were mad. Plus most of Wumutis fans that are active on twitter were involved in Jays hate train last year in some capacity, which led to some "I'll never forgive them" sentiments by Jaystars. Tldr Jaystars want revenge for Boysplanet lol

Sorry Hayoon, Minseo, Bitsaeon, ... I'm a Choice, and also I developed a crush on Bain after replaying Bad News and River a very healthy number of times. So there wasn't much debating for the team I was gonna vote for. Although I think Jay's team has better chance of winning (and it would be deserved). Also Taco team is so much fun and the most "team-like" in my opinion. It would be iconic if they win ! But still, A.C.E has been desperate for recognition, and I don't think Bain has much opportunities to be himself and do what he likes in Just B (I could be wrong, I just discovered the group). So I really hope "Partners" team win. But like you say, I'll be happy with the other teams too. They all deserve it.

Sorry double commenting, but the production of this show is a little bit whack in comparison to what I feel Mnet can actually pull off in survival shows usually.
Like theirs too much confusion for the audience in terms of the voting, the judges seem to not know the basic rules of the competition (the build up passes), the competitors definitely do not know the rules of the competition which honestly I feel like if they did they would have chosen very differently especially in that first round of picks in the Duet Round and then the pacing of the show is just slow.
Like they really should have done things differently pacing wise, the voting instead should have been something different like idk the group building from the concept round in BP.

No offence, I love y'all, but Wumuti and Hayoon fans were BASHING Jay on Twitter for his decision to disband the team. So all this discourse from Jay fans isn't just coming from no where and it never was. They haven't liked him since the beginning and were constantly calling his vocals trash, saying that both of them were better than him and other rude things online and even refused to collab with Jay fans for the voting strategy because they all hate him so much. Their fans say disgusting things about him on the regular but Jay fans are always the ones getting the heat and it's getting really annoying. Once again, no offence but I really wanted to make that clear cause from the video it definitely seemed like y'all aren't aware of the full story. But other than that part, I loved the video❤

Why are you currently only showing one side of the conflict? Wumuti's fans disliked Jay from the beginning of Boys Planet and were part of his hate train. After the team disbanded in episode 7, there was such a wave of hate towards Jay on Twitter that I'm not surprised that the fans reacted. In the first episode, Hayoon(?) said directly that he didn't want to work with Jay, and now he's suddenly angry that Jay disbanded the team? Did we watch the same episode? Jay wanted something other than pop, hayoon wanted pop. The decision about fever was wumuti's decision and proposal. Let's not be surprised that Jay wanted to work with someone new. Wumuti and hayoon have been together since the second mission. Don't their fans want them to be with someone new?
I don't like the way you talk about the jaystars because we didn't start this conflict. And don't even try to compare what happened with Jay during Boys Planet to the situation in Build Up. You say yourself that you are not on Twitter Build up, but you literally say things from Twitter without having any idea about the entire conflict. There's no real rubric given for how to win, or what they are looking for. I feel like the show was being written while they were filming--but I love how unexpected the performances are! I've never liked so many people in one show!
