      Yes, it sure the hell does! One good thing with phones everywhere these days, everyone can take pics of crimes occurring, and help get justice. Not necessarily in this case, but these cameras help alot. With this case, it was so sad from the start!! You could tell how awful Alec felt about it all! It can be seen, how awful he's been feeling over that horrible terrible accident! And that's really, what it was, on Alec's part - a horrible accident that we all could see he felt terrible!!! No, the only one with true blame, was Hannah! And the way she didn't take it so seriously!!!! If I was armorer, I'd never leave that gun, or it would be with me!!! Such a very heartbreaking case for the terrible accident of losing beautiful Halyna's life!!! That death should have never happened. Alec is feeling awful about it, you can tell, since it happened. He will live with that forever. God, how can anyone deal with such a terrible accident, then feeling all the guilt, even as an accident...😢🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    As much as I don't like this man, I couldn't figure out why he was being prosecuted for a terrible accident that wasn't his fault. Why hire a firearms expert/ Armourer if the actors still have to inspect the weapons and ammunition before each scene!?

    • @henlohenlo689

      he got lucky the case was dismissed.
      so hiring a firearms expert doesnt impune self of duty of care of gun safety rules. the liability doesnt shift. its best to NOT use a firearms expert or if so still use firearm safety rules.
      also another rule called vicarious liability the main boss can still be responsible for error of employees below him.
      i dont think he deserved jail cause i do like him as a person. he is a well meaning good person. i also feel for the victims family they can still file a civil lawsuit and win money for the emotion distress this whole thing caused.

They made so many mistakes handling the case, it was an accident that should have never happened, the production pays professionals to handle the gun to prevent this and they failed and actors while should have props rechecked just out of safety, they are not paid to do that job. The gun was not properly checked on multiple occasions by people paid to do so and they dropped the ball significantly. All witnesses used as prosecutorial witnesses were extremely evasive and not putting forth facts. Yes, justice, as the true justice is the safety producer and armorer would be to blame.....as Baldwin had mistakenly trusted them they did their jobs. A waste of time and tax payer money, yet again. My heart is broken for the death of Helena, but at the same time, there are so many other homicides, assaults, human trafficking, theft in NM the small time prosecutor needed to pursue! He was the source of the live rounds. Sarah, who picked up ammo for the set of Rust, just happened to pick it up on the morning that Seth returned from the set/gun safety camp for 1883, where live ammo was used. Cannot destroy the gun in question with a hammer test so the Defense could not investigate and prove whether it had a defect, which maybe could have made it fire without him using the trigger, THEN withhold evidence that the LIVE ammo was supplied by an outside source, maybe with malicious intent. The prosecution obstructed justice in order to accuse him without substance and skew the trial in the State's favor. The witnesses were inept and their investigating was bumbled. And at the heart of it all is that on a pro film set the actors rely upon union rules and procedures which means they trust the armorer & their decisions with regard to firearms...the buck stops with the armorer not the actor. And the very fact that another actor also unknowingly had LIVE ammo in his equipment, (putting him at the same risk for unintentionally harming someone as Baldwin), should have shut down the potential for any charges at all. Well done to that judge.

    I think this is awful, he was guilty and someone had been paid big money to make a mistake. The poor family of the victim.

    Congratulations, Alec! This was a b.s. indictment. Anyone with a brain knows he never could have caused that horrific accident. The fault lies solely with the amateur armorer!

    • @KristieMAC1
      @KristieMAC1 3 месяца назад +1

      Amen, hun!!! He already feels awful enough. It was a very sad accident. But his lawyers were really on the ball on this case. Btw, there are way way too many cases out there, where it's the dirty cops doing bad deeds!!! This, the Baldwin case, the Karen Read case, the Delphi Richard Allen case, the Riley Strain case, even that horrible Idaho 4 case now!!! The prosecutors, the cops and that University President are all taking meetings together, on the criminal case!? That Uni President should not be in with those cops at all. And with so much being hidden from the defense of Bryan Kohberger, it's scary!! He had more ties to law enforcement in that new area for him, than he had ties to that house or those girls!!! He's mostly a loner!! So, just in 4 months, he drove around to a house 13 mins away, and randomly picked that house?! And there so many cars there. And anyone could have just pulled a gun out on him. Very risky. You'd think a killer would stake out a person and place, closer, and where you can see the layout of house, and their comings and goings. He was always so busy, with his classes, and he was teaching classes too. Idk, his lawyer just got this geolocation expert, who, so far, he says with the current evidence, he was not at that house location. Problem with the States case is, it's going on 2 years and the defense still never received a full CAST report??! Or they're not giving it over to defense!? The defense now has filed 16 Motions to Compel Discovery, which is alarming! What are they fully hiding up here? And in that town, the University is the main money maker, so is someone else being covered up, because it would affect the money coming in, through the Uni? All they supposedly have, is that sheath, with a tiny drop of Bryan's DNA on it. Very odd. And in the tiny button clasp. Cops could get DNA off of anyone. And yes,, they can and have planted evidence on others before. It's disgusting but true. This case doesn't scream, ohh yes he's the killer. We'll see. Thank God that Defense is looking into everything.

      @@KristieMAC1 I couldn't agree more, especially your point about the cops. The corruption is beyond. This case never should have reached a jury. I will follow the other cases as well, with your thoughts in mind!

    No matter what people think Mr Baldwin has been in agony over the shooting & that someone died! He depends on people to make sure movie sets are safe & I’m sure he got comfortable letting them handle things so he didn’t check the ammo but from what it looked like he most likely wouldn’t of even realized it was live rounds! He will never forget what happened & will never forget Halyna!! He is a human being not just an actor!

      How do you know he is in agony? I think he is so arrogant he believes he did no wrong. From the start of hiring 1 person for multiple jobs. The more money rich people have the more they can't let go of it. Any ordinary person would be in jail. Like Hannah.
