I’ve wanted to built a brand and this has given me so much motivation! Also it’s great to see how down to earth and genuine George is! Big up! The best part of the pod was definitely the growth expansion plans you’ve got panned ahead in the states. The fits on represent are unreal! @__aul55
Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life.
The thing that impresses me the most about George is the hard work and dedication they put into the brand. He lives for Represent and it is refreshing to see a brand that is all about the customer, as well as the pieces they design. I have pieces myself and it is the best quality clothing I own, I love the designs on the pieces. Most business owners are just about the profit and how much they can earn, but it is clear that George is all about the customer and the pieces he and the brand design, and that is what makes me go back every time. The fact that the clothing is also designed in the same factory as Balenciaga, but it costs a fraction of the price, shows the quality going into these pieces. Represent and George is easily my favourite brand and ‘influencer’ currently, taking a lot of inspiration for my own life.
My favourite part of their story, is how they’ve put the work in over the years and done it together as brothers, it signifies what the brand stands for - community, resilience(putting that damn work in no matter what the adversaries/challenges are!) and values! I love the way they’ve televised the journey and branded themselves in such a way that we all feel like we are a part of this mission with them.. the way George uses his social media to connect with not the ‘consumers’ but the SUPPORTERS (cos we’re more than just consumers) is revolutionary to me… Represent feels like more than just a business or a brand, but a whole lifestyle and a family.. i also love the way the brothers balance each other out, the way George puts himself out there and articulates himself and the brand is second to none, but on the other hand, the mystery behind Michael is alluring and intriguing😮💨
Probably the fact that he’s not just a creative for the brand, he’s embodying everything about it and what it stands for. Been great to see it start as a fashion brand but now an absolute beast in the industry, and pretty much beasting the fitness industry as well. Main takes from the pod would be how much he’s had to learn and adapt as a businessman, the grit and determination should motivate people for anyone who follows.
Mt favourite part about George and Mike's journey is how they were able to break into the high-end fashion scene, even though they and the brand were only young. Them being able to set up their own shows in fashion weeks is an incredible achievement, and really helped to make them stand out from other new luxury brands. Takes a lot of dedication and guts to independently run your show, in a week dominated by other, more well known, fashion designers.
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My husband and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.
My favourite aspect about George and Mike's journey is how they've always focused on people over profit. They could have gone in the direction of other brands where they heavily focused on profit and less on their end customer, which would have resulted in less quality products. Rather, the brand seems to have gone from strength to strength from both a innovation standpoint (247) to a customer experience standpoint (fast delivery, quality of clothing etc). I've been watching the Heaton brother's do their thing since 2015, when they were known for their skinny ripped biker denim - they've come a long way since then.
Big shout out to both of you! Class insight into how Represent grew from Manchester based business to worldwide. My favorite part of the video was listening to George talk about hiring a CEO for the first time, listening to his words and how he initially was skeptical about introducing a new face to the business. But realizing it was for the good of the business in order to take Represent to that next level. Really enjoyable listen. Keep on Representing 🤝🏻

Amazing. I'm 39. I've wanted & tried to create a brand from age 16. Yes a long time. I've finally created a fitness mindset brand but not sure how to sell or get exposure on socials. I also get nervous people seeing my brand. How did they go from nervous to success.

Decent podcast but the questions were all over the place. Half the time George hadn't even finished elaborating on the point he was talking about. Could do better with the questions and flow of the conversation bruv.
Felt the same way - George was great but the host was asking some of the most basic uninformed questions and then cutting them off to ask a question George had already answered previously
Favourite part when George talks about the change of heart after hearing the salary with regards to being a graphic designer. We’ve all been there ! And letting that be more fuel for becoming his own success 🤣🤣 🙏 God bless @oliviaetherton
It's a good podcast, but please work on your pronunciation and articulation, man. Sometimes, the questions you ask and things you say aren't even comprehensible. You could be much bigger if you worked on your speaking skills.
My favourite part is just the fact that this guy is so transparant and honest. You really feel a connection with George and the brand they are building. Great podcast again. Time flies when i watch the videos. Keep it going! 👏🏽 @hanznow 🔗
Favourite part is how he is now living his childhood found dream of doing something artistic / designing and never gave up. Love to see it George! @bradraistrick
My favourite part about George's story is staying true to his core values. Never forgetting why he started the business and keep producing clothes that he would like to wear himself. Many business owners always try to delegate more and more and many times go against their core principles in search for higher profit, and George's outlook is very inspiring. @sungheekimm
I love how he talks about keeping his circle small and living within his means, its easy for him to be too out there but his humbleness shines through. 2 brothers from a small village in Bolton taking things world wide. The way he interacts with his customers to gage their thoughts and what they want from Rep shows the levels to his business acumen. Also the desire to create an HQ and make the Rep working environment a home from home and the way he looks after his staff is different level. Another top vide and a top insight to the best clothing brand In the world!! Keep the content coming! @marcuswilko1
Best part about both Represent and Georges' story, is how they have taken over gym clothing and culture in the UK. Best around by a mile! @conorshapland
George and Mike LIVE THE BRAND. They believe in everything they're doing with the brand and that level of authenticity radiates through. It's arguably why the brand's been so successful today. Even with the recent Suppliment line, they just create things under the Rep umbrella that truly matter to them, not just what makes immediate business sense. @echardfit

My favourite part about George's story is just how he's a strong believer in the mission and values that aligns with Represent. It's hard not to admire how they're so people-centred and focuses on that more over the profitable gain of the business, just producing campaigns after campaigns that consumers would love and you can tell it's crafted with love and from the heart. @qahirrosli
