I've completed the NU Bound program, and can confirm the campus is very good! Renovations have been carried out campus-wise since I first got there. Plenty works have been done to the tall trees and wooded areas to make them safer during the storm season.
I can't imagine how Berkeley allowed the Mills campus to slip away. Given how much Cal needed the space and the recent model of Stanford buying Notre Dame de Namur (Stanford Belmont) and UCLA buying Marymount. The place does need some renovations, but Northeastern got a gem of a campus.

Also got admitted and from Massachusetts so that’s funny. Anyhow the campus is absolutely gorgeous irl. Visited it a bit after I had been admitted early in February.
