35. Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east (i.e. neither it gets sun-rays only in the morning) nor of the west (i.e. nor it gets sun-rays only in the afternoon, but it is exposed to the sun all day long),

I am a christian, who has no problems with muslims. Infact, my best friend is a muslim. I just want to ask, so that it may be easier for me to understand muslims, when the man in this video says," he is the light of the heavens and Earth" are they implying , in the Koran, that Allah is the sun, the light's-up the sky and gives light to Earth?
can somebody tell me the shaykh reciting in the very beginning?
@razorpayne13 Kuran is the first book in the history of mankind which talks about the orbits of planets and their plants..No one in the world could even imagine about orbits and flotation of planets 1400 years ago..Bro plz do justice to your intuitions atleast before you believe something doesnt even exist....As Humans we just cant be right all the time
ah ok, he just got done talking about astronomy and I got a little confused because people, in the past have, worshipped the sun and stars etc. So I wondered if that was the point he was trying to make. Thankyou.

What all inventions and discoveries man made today is by the simple fact. That is the brain given by almighty Allah to mankind.
Also Allah said humans are his greatest creation. Even after having created the universe.
We are such great thing. Then why not we obey allah and his commands. Make sense right.
