- Gosh it's been a WHILE since we uploaded here! I didn't realise how much I had actually filmed throughout January and it turned out to be such a long vlog (I'm so sorry!) but I hope you enjoy. I love your designs and your studio, I love you how you can create a lot of your products in-house. Just love it! I hope you can make a video about the equipment like printer, scanner, etc, you use and which ones you recommend best cause the quality of the prints looks soo good. And maybe tips on choosing manufacturers like for your planners. That would be great! Thank you so much again, looking forward to more vids!

The pin issue doesn’t sound right to me either. Like no you can’t keep the design to resell.. and if you have to send the pins they should be paying for the shipping since they messed up.
I know right!? They paid for shipping to return them and said they melt them down to re-use the materials. The corrected pins are actually on their way to me right now and should be here today apparently!? xxx

I’m definitely confused on the whole returning custom items that they messed up in order to get the right ones sent to you. so basically, they are saying that they will pay for you to return them to their warehouse or whatever and then they will send you the correct ones at a discount which definitely needs to happen because your first ones weren’t correct… But then honestly… Where do the other messed up pins go? And I hate to say it… But I think it’s on Temu or wish. I was looking at some stickers the other day, and I noticed a few different designs out of hundreds that I had legitimately seen from businesses I have purchased from in the past over the last couple years and I think they (temu) take these excess designs that don’t get used up and then just sell them super cheap in a bundle with other stuff and these peoples designs are getting sold to the masses for pennies on the dollar. A sticker that would’ve normally cost three dollars is now being put in a bundle of 100 stickers for like three or four dollars on Temu and it kind of bothers me because it’s not their artwork to sell… But then it makes me wonder if these artists even trademarked images (guessing no…but who would think of taking their images to profit off of, right? or if being part of these companies that mass produce stuff for you, give them the entitlement to your designs to do whatever they want with and in order to have them print stuff for you… You probably have to sign some fine print saying that you are OK with that even though you probably really aren’t. it’s a slippery slope.
Love your vlogs! You not being able to start up in the mornings and the anxiety had me thinking about thyroid… maybe your thyroid could be working too slow. Might want to consider checking it through some blood work. It sound familiar, so that’s why it came to my mind. Hope you don’t mind I mention this. 💖
