    Most important information. 🎉😊
    Mrs L.
My entire right arm is finished as my shoulder bladder is extremely sore, radiating through right hand, right side. Your videos are so very helpful.

Ha! I have never heard this advice about sleeping on the ball of the shoulder, NOT rolled forward on the shoulder blade (which is how I’ve slept for 60+ years) 😊
I will give this a try and I must say, THANK YOU Dr. Shakib for the excellent content!

Dear Dr. I have a cone pillow to elevate my head for severe allergies. Lying sideways is impossible. I have been waiting for physiotherapy since 2013. Same as a hospital bed but less comfortable. I can breathe but I can't find a position for raised head & upper back. It hurts so much, I can't fall/stay asleep. Pelvic area has more pressure and pain, it keeps me awake.
