    The final 3 seconds are crazy. I'm so scared of one of those things hitting me while riding. Did you see it coming?.

      Luckily I saw them as I was coming out of the turn. Not even sure if you can notice the first one in the video. Another was right by the road and just stared a few minutes later. Almost home I passed one at high speed and thankfully he ran away from the road or I would have had a really bad night. I really don't like night riding in the country since I hit a deer about 5 years ago.

    I’m just commenting to say I’ve recently given credit to 2 other scooter platforms for being viewer friendly with their info and educational tutorials on certain builds w/o asking for credit card info every step of the way. BUT YOU BROTHER ARE THE GODFATHER OG who help me fix my first scooter from its kickstart to its carburetor tuning …. I was 14 years old at the time. 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡 a thousand times over my man ‼️‼️‼️

    Hey! i have a question. I have a budget of 600-700eur im searching for a long lasting lowend 70cc kit, the right crank for it, a carb that would fufill the 70cc kit, exhaust and anything else to make it run perfect or very well. (i have a minarelli horizontal LC), ( 17.5carb) , ( extra exhaust) , (Polini 3g clutch and polini hi speed variator kit ) This would help allot!!! ive been doing research and cant get the right parts for each other so im hoping you guys can help me with more expierience :DDD

      @@functional_gaming7188 For sport stuff, something like a Polini Sport with a Yasuni R exhaust would pair nicely with the 17.5mm carb and your CVT upgrades. Not the fastest thing around, but it could be a very reliable setup. No fancy aftermarket crank required if stock is in good shape.
      If you want more, Stage6 Sport Pro MKII and a C16 perhaps. That should use an aftermarket crank due to RPM potential. Not as good for a regular rider than the cast iron sport setup mentioned, but more power.

    So Brent, have you ever considered doing the "Scooter Cannonball"? I saw that last years winner rode a mechanically stock SMax!

      I have thought about it. More seriously some years ago. Since I hit the deer and with I guess diabetes related complications, I get more sore than usual riding longer and don't bounce back from a long day of riding well. Plus I'm too broke to do it. So the idea of paying out more than I can afford to be miserable for a week doesn't make a lot of sense. I tend to think of it as, I can either continue to ride and mod my scoots or I can spend all my money on a week. The small bore rally last year was the first vacation I've taken in 20 years, and only possible because I split everything with Ryan. He had work obligations this year and the bill was just too high for me solo so I didn't make it.

      I'm in the same ballpark with you pal. Affording the trip and time away is too much at the moment. I'm in Georgia, if you were to put on some kind of shorter east coast ride, I'd join!

    What do you think, go with 86cc tpr for Piaggio with oversize kit or just swap there 180cc from Piaggio hexagon?

    • @49ccscoot
      @49ccscoot  3 месяца назад

      TPR 86cc is fun, but not gonna make the power of a 180cc 2T. Here in the US, the 180s are not easy to get and it looks like keeping one going would be expensive. Part of me says go for it to enjoy the big 2T and part of me says just have fun with the smaller engine that parts are more readily available for.

      @@49ccscoot There in poland, parts for 180-ty are avaible on every auction site, so i dont think it is going to be a problem. 2 months ago i bought Hexagon 180 for 500$ and wanted to get engine from it but my dad said it is too good to disassemble and he wants to keep it ;)
